Saturday night overthinking #1
Hey, gorgeous! Itās been two weeks since my last post! Lately, specifically over the past two months, Iāve found myself stuck in a loop of overthinking on Saturday nights. I donāt know why this is happening, but I just get lost in my thoughtsālike drowning in an ocean of overthinking.
One of my biggest concerns is my "proposal-to-be" for the next step in my academic journey. I feel like I canāt reach that step yet. I feel like Iām not good enough because I still have so much to learn. Tonight, for example, Iām drowning in that worry while trying to write the draft.
Tonightās overthinking session is accompanied by the last episode ofĀ DekiraĀ with Day6 (YouTube link:Ā https://youtu.be/Ybt7rF_gy-w?si=dYKf_2mnRK1_wVco). I really love their dynamic when they host the live radio show.
Writing down my feelings helps me slowly reduce the intensity of my overthinking. It feels like Iām trying to untangle the messy thoughts in my head. Iām starting to feel a little better.
Iām hoping to finish the "one-page" draft tomorrow and send it to my senior for feedback. I just need to find enough motivation and a little boost of self-esteem to actually write it. I know that this first stepāwriting the draftāis nothing compared to the whole journey ahead once I get started on my academic path. I have to remind myself that I can get through this, because itās just a small obstacle compared to the bigger ones I might face later. I have to trust that Iām strong enough to start and finish this journey.
Alright, time to try writing my draft again. Fingers crossed I can find that burst of motivation to get it done.

Day 16 : Favourite lyrics Young K wrote? I love the lyrics from "Hurt Road," especially this part: "If I were you. I would hug myself without a word. If you were me. You would cry in embrace. You knew and I knew. That this is not an easy road.."
Day 17 : Which idol do you wish Young K to collaborate with? I wish he had the chance to collaborate with McFly as a solo singer or with Day6!
Day 18 : Your favourite Young K solo album? Both of his albums are my favorites! Each of his albums has a special story for me!
Day 19 : Unforgettable memory about Young K? I saw him right in front of my eyes during the Forever Young concert in Surabaya on October 16th, 2024. LOL! I should remember every detail that happened that day! I feel like I was dreaming, and even now, I canāt believe that experience happened to me.
Day 20 : Your favourite Young K solo song? I adore one of his songs titled "Natural" from the Letter with Notes album. I love how he makes a simple song about the simple feeling of loving someone you adore. I have one favourite from his unreleased song, titled 'Alone in This World.' The song features Song Heejin. I love the lyrics and the emotion he conveys, capturing the loneliness of losing a loved one.
Day 21 : Young K content that you want to see? I really want to see his vlogāKang Young Hyun Vlog. I hope the second episode will be released soon! Watching his vlog gives me warm feelings, seeing how simple a person he is and, of course, how adorable he is.
Day 22 : Favourite Young K's airport look? I love it when he wears comfy clothes, like a bomber jacket, hat, glasses, and a big bag that contains his neck pillow. LOL!

Day 26 : What do you love the most about Young K? His mischievous and goofy sideā¦ He also really likes to get attention and act cute with the people around him whom he feels comfortable with. He is a lovely person and humble despite his "I-can-do-anything" side.
Day 27 : Favourite Tiktok of OP about Young K? I do not have a TikTok account, so I picked this from X (ģ¬źø° @check_700 account). I love this video because he's so goofy and cute. I can't attach the video. This is compilation from DEKIRA and it used sound from TikTok. (I just found the video through Instagram!!)

Hi! Hahaha, I just want to have fun with this 30-day challenge by @nunayomtae to celebrate and count down to our beloved Younghyun's birthday! Iām not going to stretch it out over 30 days, thoughāLOL! Iāll answer all the day's challenges in two posts. Let's start! I will write on this post for day 1-15!
Day 1 : When did you notice Young K? I first noticed him during the WIN program when they had the rap battle. Young K was on a team with Jackson and Mark, and he confidently dissed YG. I thought, "WOW, his confidence is off the charts!"
Day 2 : What made you stan Young K? I just love how passionate, hardworking, kind, and goofy he is. Heās a person full of curiosity, and at the same time, also a couch potato. I love how adorable he is!
Day 3 : what team are you Young K/Brian/Younghyun/Kang Bra? Iām on the team of whoever Kang Younghyun is. Young K is Brian, Kang Younghyun, Kang Bra, Kang Yaman and Bbirongie. He is one person with his flaws and strengths. Whoever he wants to be, he should live as himself and be happy!

Day 9 : What's the thing you learned from Young K? Do the things you love passionately, no matter how hard it is, how difficult the obstacles you face are, how tired you are, or how big the sacrifices you have to make. Challenges in life are like untied shoelaces that you need to tie if you want to move forward. I also learned from him that you have to believe in your ability to accomplish things, and you should love yourself more than anyone else.
Day 10 : Favourite Young K era? Iāve admired him since Day6's debut. Iāve seen him grow from a passionate teenager to a mature and hardworking adult.

hey! it's been several months since my last post! today I tried to fight with my laziness. I felt burnout, from work, and daily routine, you named it! I've been procrastinating for 3 days until today. So, today I am trying to start my work to proofread a manuscript and write this post. I think I have ADHD spectrum (maybe?) because I can't focus on one thing longer than 30 minutes. I always get distracted or unconsciously I will make myself get distracted. Closing of 2023
Hi! baru sadar ternyata sudah dari tahun 2011 punya akun tumblr ini. walaupun sempat vacuum cukup lama di tahun 2022 hehehe it's already the end of 2023.
I will introduce myself in the 2023 version then. My name is Fildzah. I'm a nutrition researcher in a research consultant company. My position is one of my dreams. I'm single and still live with my parents. I'm happy because this is the answer to my prayer. I realised that during my studies at university, I always lived outside my hometown, even abroad. One of my prayers during that time is I have enough time with my parents and devote myself to both of them.
I survived a depression state for almost 2.5 years. I counselled a lot to the psychologist. I tried journalling, soothing myself, getting closer to Allah SWT and always remembering that my paths are the best plan for me from Allah SWT. I'm still struggling to maintain my self-esteem. Sometimes, I got hit by a situation and my self-esteem also got hit even harder. I never regret all of the decisions that I made. I believe that this journey of mine is a lesson learned for me to face my future.
Time will answer all of the events that happened until now. I believe that.
I love learning a new thing. I love to explore. I love travelling, reading books, taking pictures, playing with kids, watching movies, exploring food and cooking. Sometimes, I like playing with my imagination, especially after I read a book. I absorbed the character's point of view, which was an interesting side of reading the book. I love cooking. Cooking is one of my love languages hahaha I love to cook for my loved ones.

2. Nanti Kita Cerita Tentang Hari Ini (NKCTHI)
a family movie that brings a piece of the siblings' story. this movie is so related to our life, especially the point of view of every sibling. please watch this with ur beloved sibling and be grateful for their existence <3
3. Jalan yang Jauh, Jangan Lupa Pulang
a sequel to the previous movie. If u are a student who studies abroad and still fighting for your dreams and ambitions, please remember to come back home. the meaning of "come back home" is well explained in this movie.
4. Susah Sinyal
a movie that will make us realize that quality time with your loved one is more important and something that you must be grateful for!
5. Critical Eleven
I read the novel first then watched this movie. How the director captures the reader's imagination while reading the novel is amazing! How this couple struggling with their loss is heartbreaking :(
6. Laskar Pelangi
how the director captures the innocent feelings and thinking of a group of children who face difficulties in life. they are struggling to get a memorable experience in their life.
7. Petualangan Sherina
a classic children's movie that wakes our inner child! she's a role model for every girl that year!
8. Negeri Van Oranje
actually, this movie is one of my remedies when I miss Wageningen so much! I miss my second home there :(

Setiap lihat foto ini, memori kembali ke waktu yang menurut saya ajaib. Seorang hamba yang penuh dosa ini diijinkan oleh sang Pemilik Baitullah untuk bertamu. Atas ijin Allah SWT dan doa kedua orangtua, kesempatan bertamu terlaksana.
Layaknya tamu yang berkunjung, segala persiapan dilakukan. Namun, sesampainya disana rasa pulang lah yang kuat. Seperti pulang ke rumah yang sudah lama sekali tidak dikunjungi. Pulang karena rindu, pulang karena disambut dengan hangat, pulang karena rasa nyaman yang dirindukan, pulang ingin berlama-lama bersama.

An interesting article! I thought that I was an weirdo when I realized that the time management is not the only an indicator about the productivity. I thought that there was another indicators to measure the productivity because if you already do the time management perfectly but you can't prioritise your task in a day, it will be ruined. You only have 24 hours to finish all of your task. Now, I know the answer! Attention management! You should prioritise your task so you can work effectively and also have more spare time to do another task.
