Documents required for professional tax registration
Professional tax is collected by the state to provide the infrastructure to enable you to run your business. It was introduced in 1949 and was last revised in 1988.
Documents required for Professional Tax Registration
For Individual / Proprietorship:
· Electricity Bill / Rent Agreement: Electricity Bill in case of owned shop or business premises, for any other case Rent Agreement.
· PAN Card of Individual.
· Adhar Card of Individual.
· 2 Passport size photos of proprietor.
· Signature on Blank Paper for record and verification.
· Bank Account of LLP/Firm: Cancelled cheque and bank statement.
For Company
· List of Directors.
· PAN card of Company: PAN card must be attested by the Director of the Company.
· Certificate of Incorporation of Company.
· Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company.
· Authorization Letter for obtaining user I.D. and Password of Professional Tax Department.
· Premises proof of Company: Ownership papers in case the premises is owned by the applicant, in other cases rent agreement and no objection certificate from the owner of the premises.
· Bank Account of Company: Cancelled cheque and bank statement.
· Passport size Photographs of all Directors.
· Documents of the Directors: PAN card + I.D. proof such as Passport, Driving Licence, Voter Card, Aadhar Card is acceptable + address proof as Electricity Bill, Telephone Bills and other utility bills.
· Aadhar Card of the Company.
· Board Resolution passed by the Director of the Company authorizing Professional Tax Registration.
· Attendance Register & Salary Register.

What Are The Documents Required For FSSAI Registration?
The Foods Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) was set up under the Foods Safety and Standards Act of 2006 to maintain the quality and standards of food among the food businesses in India.
Required Documents for obtaining FSSAI registration
· FSSAI declaration

Type of FSSAI Registration
FSSAI stands for”Food Safety and Standards Authority of India”. The FSSAI Food License is issued by the respective food authority of India that ensures the food products safety manufactured or supplied by various food Business operators in India.
FSSAI registration is segregated in three different categories. One is Basic registration and other two are State registration and Central registration. The FSSAI registration fees are different as mentioned below:
· Basic FSSAI Registration - Annual turnover below 12 lakhs. Government fees - 100/- per year
· State FSSAI Registration - Annual turnover above 12 lakhs and below 20 crores. Government fees – INR 2000/- to 5000/- per year depending upon type of business i.e. manufacturer, retailer etc.

FSSAI Registration Renewal
The Food Business Operator (FBO) requires filing a renewal application within 30 days before the expiry of the license. The renewal application filed after the expiry of 30 days will attract a penalty of Rs. 100/- per day till the submission of the renewal application. The renewal option will be available to FBO 120 days prior to the expiry of the valid license.
Any person who is involved in the food business has to apply for an FSSAI license as per the FSSAI Regulation 2011.

How to Register a FSSAI Licence in India
FSSAI stands for Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. FSSAI is an Independent organization under the Ministry of Health. FSSAI Registration is mandatory for every individuals or entity that is eligible for an FSSAI food safety Registration or License. · Step 6: Now you have to apply for online License/Registration.
· Step 7: Fill the Online Application with all the required details.
· Step 8: This will take some time in loading your necessary documents.
· Step 9: The reference number should be noted that is displayed on the screen after submission of the application.
· Step 10: Track the progress of your application for Registration or Licensing.
How to check the application status of your FSSAI registration
· Step 1: Visit the FSSAI website (https://foodlicensing.fssai.gov.in/index.aspx)
· Step 2: Enter your unique tracking details (a 17 digit application number) as shown on the form.
· Step 2: By entering your details, you would be redirected to the status page.
