Doubt it was this but if she's a flight attendant maybe her card would be frozen if she is scanning it in a bunch of different cities?

I’m a flight attendant!

My first customer of the day was a real piece of work. First she showed me a photo on her phone of a product and asked if we had it/where it was. I had rung it up once before, so I knew we had it, I had just never been able to find it on the shelf. I called a manager over to help. She walked away, found the item, then came back and handed to me without saying a word. I scanned the item and it wasn’t in the system, which is the problem I had with this product last week, which I informed management about. The lady started asking me again where the item was. I told her I didn’t know, because I wasn’t told nor was I the one who retrieved it, but I had to get the manager back anyway, so we could ask her. Once all that got resolved it was time for her to pay.

When she was about to insert her card, she asked about getting cash back, which I said was fine. Then when she got to the PIN screen she asked what to do if she didn’t want to use her PIN. Not even thinking about needing her PIN in order for her to get cash, I told her to hit the green button. She did and the machine beeped at her and wouldn’t let her bypass the PIN. Still not realizing what the issue was, I had her take her card out to try again. Then it dawned on me, and I told her she had to use her PIN. She said she didn’t want to, she never uses her PIN, so I said that was fine but she couldn’t get cash back. She wasn’t too happy but she dealt with it. Her reason for never wanting to enter her PIN? She’s a flight attendant. I don’t know what that has to do with anything.

Oh I didn't know I'm suppose to keep vaccine records. I thought it was your job to send me reminders every year.

And they wonder why they have a ticket for no rabies vaccine. No we do not send out reminders. Be a responsible pet parent and remember what they need
