I’ve been listening to this song a lot (partly because of something I’m writing) but because it speaks loudly. It’s about her singing to her mother about how her mother disapproved of her. Not just with her being queer, but with how she dressed and other things. She basically says that it’s just who she is and her mom can’t change that.

This song pretty much speaks for itself. I just love how sultry it is and that she decides to keep up her fling with someone she clearly shouldn’t. Just a big “whatever, I liked it so let’s do it again.” Also, all of Dove Cameron’s villian era songs are in my playlists haha

Honestly, this one is just very ego-boosting. It gets me into writing for Sevika :)

(CW: Mommy kink.) Ooookaayyy, so this one fuels my Domme side. It’s just a cocky song about knowing that someone is clearly attracted to you. I can relate to both sides and it’s rare to have a kinky song that isn’t super explicit. It’s really good and I love her line “when I say kinky, I don’t mean curls.”

Things in my personal life have gone off the rails and I’m unable to do anything that makes me happy. I’ve been forced to sideline writing my novel and fanfics, and it’s made me miserable. I genuinely miss writing and my small community.

I’m hoping I can at least post one more time before I have to go on break :/

It makes me sad when I talk to someone for like a month straight and I mention how much I like being friends with them and they’re like, “wait. We’re friends?” With a surprised tone because they didn’t think I would want to be friends with them.

Like… darling, of course we are. I’ve been talking to you every day. I wish you good morning, ask about your day, simp over characters with you, and tell you to get home safely after being out all day.

Why wouldn’t I see you as a friend? If I didn’t care for you that way, I wouldn’t fake that effort. It makes me so sad because there are people out there who do that. Who fake that effort and when someone like me comes along - who genuinely cares - some people don’t realize it’s real.

I get nostalgic for the time when you meet someone and immediately go “you’re my best friend now” and then stay best friends for years. Pure happiness and love and care for each other without thinking if it’s real. Because damn it, that’s the way I love people. Even friends I meet online.

I don’t care if I met you on tumblr because you read my writing or we end up randomly texting because of a post we both commented on. If we vibe, chances are I see you as a potential friend or you’re already one.
