DEFEAT FROM THE JAWS OF VICTORY?

With a mix of solid defense and deadly finishing Weymouth Wales had their eyes set on their first DPL title in 5 years .9 goals from Arantees Lawrence and  Hadan Holligan each had propelled the Weymouth based side to the top of Bajan football , but a poor run of form has seen the team make the task slightly tougher than most people expected 1 week ago.

With Barbados Defense Force , Paradise and Rendezvous still to play ,David Ward’s team might have just thrown the title away in the final stages ,but as ward said “we don’t quit until the fat lady sings”.

Has all the hard work we have seen in the beginning of the season become undone?!

Wales will need to beat Brittons Hill FC this week to get their title race back on track
