Not gonna post my weight because it’s not about the number! But 30 lbs down in the span of 4 months. I did this solely by changing my diet. My suggestions: fruit smoothies are bomb af, chia seeds in everything, and don’t be scared of carbs. Avoid meat and especially dairy products.
