Yourvpist about Dab and Evan unlocked something in my memory. During the sims episodes where they sent them on that first date/ first kiss trip, they found these moodlet berries that will make your sim flirty if they eat them. dnp insist that they didn't interfere and the kiss just happened, but if you look at the screen right before it happens you can see the flirty berry moodlet that you can only get from eating them. Sims usually don't do that on their own.

They fully staged a "spontaneous" first kiss between Dab and Evan. I also suspect they staged the skinnydipping/ woohoo in the nonsense, they just edited the video better so no one caught it.
