12 week’s apart. Woke up feeling so great. Some days I feel gross and like I haven’t made any changes and then there are days like today where I feel ontop of the world. I haven’t been doing a whole lot of exercising, trying to take extra steps where I can. This has been mostly a diet change, tracking my calories and making healthy decisions. Trust me, I still indulge, but the difference is I don’t make myself feel guilty about it. I just wake up each day trying to be better and healthier, I’m not perfect but I’m trying every single day. Can’t wait to see how the next 12 weeks go!

Goals for the next 6 weeks
-Drink at least 130 ounces of a water per day
-No Alcohol besides Thanksgiving and work Christmas Party
-No Dairy, Legumes or Grains
-Walk at least 10,000 steps per day
-Track everyday in my MyFitnesspal
