currently capping Emily's funeral and once again getting emotional at seeing Hotch standing at the head of her casket.

in the few seconds that this image is on screen, I think the default assumption is that he's standing at her feet, with the priest officiating at her head. but casket sprays are typically placed over the head of the deceased, and in catholic tradition, the body is usually positioned with the feet to the altar (or in this case, in the direction of the priest)

there's a kind of responsibility and guardianship that the spot entails, which is a lovely position for Hotch to be standing in as her unit chief, but all the more so as one of her secret keepers. it's such a fleeting detail but I love it as a reflection of his enduring care for and duty toward Emily--in life, in death, and (as is the case here) in the messy in-between.

I figure I should start by adding some of the TikTok videos. I was more of a commenter there vs poster but here’s my most popular video to date featuring my dog Twix how we survived the 2020 covid lockdown in my townhouse. This is my 6.5 year old Australian Cattle Dog Aussie Shepard mix. Best decision I ever made was rescuing this guy. He truly helped me be me. At the time of this video he was 2 years old and at 6.5 he is still a ball full of anxious energy.

I’m back my friends!! Life has been quite the adventure since I was last on here! I will have to update. But I will say life has become better than expected. The biggest thing I learned is sometimes losing the path is the best thing to get you to find the path.

So Landon Donovan doesn’t really think the women should be paid the same as men? He’s probably still mad that Jurgen didn’t consider him fit enough for the 2014 World Cup. Our ladies always stay in super game fitness. If only he was constantly lifting a bunch of heavy trophies and wearing heavy gold medals, it would’ve helped.
