My thoughts on Dr. Stone’s S03E22 (“Beyond The New World”)
(Safe to read for anime-only folks.)
-
01. Chrome looks so proud to show off the Medusa to Ruri and the others who didn't go to Treasure Island! And Minami and Chalk are still so adorable! :)
02. The last episode where this beautiful song is the opening song... The title of this episode, "Beyond The New World," shows that there is still so much to explore! :D
03. Senku asked the Medusa for five meters, but he only got a meter and a half?! It's a good thing that he asked for more than he needed to begin with! Ibara is so cunning that I wouldn't put it past him to cut off his hand if there was a chance that would save him, like how Amaryllis tore off her braids :O
04. I love how Taiju and Kohaku - both characters who, um, are not on the science team, to put it lightly - were totally on the same page about the logic of the Medusa's chances of working increasing according to how hard they press down on Tsukasa's hand XD
05. And, it's really nice to see Kohaku interacting with Senku's oldest friend like this :)
06. Senku went along with it too! :) Obviously, his hand being on top of Kohaku's in this context isn't romantic, but it IS a touching show of camaraderie from somebody who's as logical as he is! :D
07. I like how except for Mirai, it's only Season One characters participating in this. The specific combination of people has this "where we came from" kind of feel to it :)
08. It's also interesting that all the adults participating in this - Senku, Kohaku, Taiju, Chrome, and Gen - have all been threatened by Tsukasa personally, and yet they're the ones now working together to... um, encase him in stone? Hmm, kind of feels like the culmination of long-term revenge when I put it that way... XD
09. Look at the detail on the Medusa! Dr. Stone sure is keeping up the tradition of really leveling up the animation quality when it comes to significant episodes... :D
10. I'm glad it worked, but shouldn't Senku have waited until the green light had dissipated before using the revival fluid? Ah, well, they can make an infinite amount of it now, so I suppose there's no danger of a shortage... XD
11. Mirai is the third sibling in this series to have a sibling miraculously healed... :) This scene was so touching! :D
12. I imagine that Ruri's intervention might have been a bit surprising to anime-only folks, but Kohaku's response to Chrome's gorilla statement certainly wouldn't have been! Oh, Chrome, you never learn... XD
13. "What's the situation?" Ah, classic Tsukasa! He's always so focused after breaking free from the petrification! :O
14. Senku and Tsukasa's childish faces look adorable XD The idea of the moon while living in the stone world WOULD make anybody lose their cool... :D
15. Come to think of it, Tsuka'sa pretty lucky. Not about the being impaled and dying part, but the waking up with basic necessities, infrastructure, and future plans already in place. He didn't have to lay asphalt to build roads; he just took a nice, cool nap and woke up to a more developed world :)
16. Ginro has a way of announcing what's in Senku's heart :) Even if he's totally tactless about it, and he's basically saying stuff that the other people around him are also aware of, it's still nice to know that Ginro knows Senku that well :D
17. Okay, so, if Matsukaze was fighting with a thin, brittle stick... I feel like anybody from the power team could have smashed said brittle stick. Of course, Tsukasa IS incredibly strong; I'm just saying that that wasn't the best way to see who was the better fighter in that battle... :O
18. Okay, those Ishigami Village folks behind Ginro... I know Carbo, Argo and Tetsuken... and the guy on the far left also looks familiar... but I'm sure I've never seen that blonde dude before! I don't even have to double-check to be absolutely sure that you're not on the list of forty non-kids and non-elderly! Who are youuu??? XD
19. Trembling aside, that was a nice display of loyalty towards Senku by Yo :)
20. Tsukasa's honor compelled him to say that he couldn't join the kingdom of science as a warrior :O And while Senku's response is totally in-character, it's funny how Kohaku is looking at him knowingly. She knows Senku so well that she expected him to say that! XD
21. Also, Tsukasa was petrified just as long as Senku was, but he lost his scars and Senku didn't. Inagaki and Boichi must have really wanted Senku to stay the same, and I fully agree! :D
22. Gen's idea to use war paint as a vow is BRILLIANT, and there's so much meaning and faith behind it! Everybody was on board! :)
23. Wait... Taiju, Yuzuriha, Ryusui, and Francois' scar are right - although Ryusui's must have meant that Gen also had blue paint ready to go - but Yo? I've watched so many episodes and video clips of Dr. Stone, and Yo did NO have those lines above and below his right eye! :O
24. I remember Gen's dialogue going a bit differently in the manga - more like taunting Tsukasa about not being so fussy about war paint - but the sentiment was the same :)
25. At last, Tsukasa had wholeheartedly and completely joined the party! :D
26. Um, what's this orange thing in the between scenes thingy? :O
27. For somebody who's adopted, Senku looks SO MUCH like Byakuya in that spacesuit! XD
28. Gen providing an opening for Chrome to take pride in his exploration and gathering skills, and receiving genuine gratitude from Tsukasa... :)
29. I agree with Gen; Francois is that last person who can say that people can't do things on their own... XD It's cool that while Ryusui desires everything, he isn't lazy - he's right there baking bread that the crew will need :) Of course, we already knew he wasn't lazy, because even though he started with privilege, he worked hard to have pro gamer skills and sailing skills! :D
30. The detail of Kohaku carrying a medium-sized crate with ease, while Ginro struggles with a smaller one... XD
31. Yuzuriha and Kaseki, the ultimate crafting pair! They're both so ticked off that Senku just told them to make something quick and dirty XD Of course, having the hearts of true craftsmen, they could never do such a thing! :O
32. And she calls Kaseki "Kaseki-sensei!" I wasn't expecting that, but it's just like Yuzuriha to be so polite! :)
33. Meanwhile, Suika is terrified by their craftsman's aura :D
34. They finished that thing in one night?! :O That's going to be interesting to write about when I get to that point in my fanfic! :)
35. Honestly, I wasn't expecting the spaceship roadmap to be moving on its own, nor was I expecting it to be placed inside dark cloth that looks like outer space and its uncountable number of stars! I thought the cloth was for an unveiling, but this is so much better! Another thing to look forward to writing about! Also, they probably totally depending on Yuzuriha's knowledge of the Earth to build it! Well, maybe some knowledge from Senku, too. Yuzuriha and Kaseki did an incredible job! Globe acquired! :D
36. Here are Kohaku and Taiju, being on the same page again, and both supporting Senku's goal! :)
37. Wow, Gen really leveled up his, um, paper flying machines... The airplane from Season Two looked way simpler than this spaceship! XD
38. Okay, I liked the group shots, but if Yuzuriha and Kaseki unveiled the globe in the morning, how is Gen's paper spaceship being shown with stars and the moon? :O
39. Tsukasa's pretty confident to just think that he can WILL people's bad intentions away... and he's so strong that people are agreeing with him just to not make him mad?! XD
40. I wonder if that tool that Ryusui is using, the long stick with a boat at the end, has a name? :O
41. And Tsukasa learns that the concept of currency has returned... :O Also, "honey" is a wild way to translate "kimi wa ne." What subtitles am I working with here?! XD
42. This scene has a gentler, more conciliatory feel in anime compared to the manga version. I suppose the animation makes it look softer :)
43. Wait a minute, why is even Gen here when this is a private conversation between Minami and Ryusui? Being as knowledgeable about psychology as he is, Gen must have offered his services as a mediator :D
44. Minami must have been so bewildered when Ryusui said he loved her, hahaha! Although "kisama" sounds like a weird word to use in an actual confession of love XD
45. Aww, it's nice that Tsukasa was down there and able to hear Ryusui's reasoning from Ryusui himself :)
46. Ah, so according to Kohaku, they know about grape wine and potato wine... interesting! I guess I'll have to learn about winemaking when I write about Unmo... :D
47. Corn versions of Senku, Kohaku, Chrome, and Ryusui! XD Looks like their next destination is the United States, to get all of that sweet, sweet corn! :)
48. Gen, I really don't think you should be reminding the huge crowd of people that you once lied to them all... :O
49. They're leaving already! Such a loss in terms of fanfic chapter potential, but a kingdom's gotta do what a kingdom's gotta do. And... doesn't Mantle's head look weirdly huge? XD Ganen's outfit has changed to look more casual, and he even has some grilled fish in his hand XD
50. Goodbye for now, Ruri and the rest of the folks on the mainland! :)
51. Everybody's looking forward to the journey, but nobody more so than Chrome! :O
52. I really like how Senku and Kohaku have a personal, one-on-one, grounding conversation at the end of every season. It really shows the special connection they share :) This one was super short, but the meaningful conversation they had on Treasure Island more than makes up for it :D
53. Little Senku and Big Senku both want to go to the moon immediately! :)
54. That was a really cool shot of the moon in the end :D
55. One last Sukishinayo ending song with Kohaku in beautiful colored sand art :)
56. Season Three was amazing, absolutely AMAZING, from start to finish, but especially when they were on Treasure Island! High stakes, deep emotions, and well-deserved triumph! :O Thank you so much to Inagaki, Boichi, Caleb Cook, Kurare, and everybody involved in the Dr. Stone manga and anime! :D Now, it's time to go beyond Treasure Island and beyond the New World! :) I probably won't be writing about the episodes of Season Four until after the anime series has finished, partly because I'll be spending quite some time on writing Dr. Stone fanfic chapters instead, but I hope to get back into this after the conclusion of the anime series. While I'm not happy that Season Four will be the final season of Dr. Stone, because the series is so wonderful, I am ten billion percent certain that it will be exhilarating! :D

My thoughts on Dr. Stone’s S03E21 (“Treasure Island”)
(Safe to read for anime-only folks.)
-
01. Going to the moon sounds equally crazy for everybody - both the stone world folks and the modern world folks, but for different reasons XD
02. Instead of accepting what may come, Kohaku wants them to take charge of their fate! :D It's just like when she was getting that hot spring water for Ruri! And I love the way she was standing in determination!
03. Taiju's seen Senku make rockets for several years, so he knows how good Senku is at building them! :)
04. It must be incredible for Matsukaze to see such a simple-looking solution to the nightmare that he and his master tried so hard to fight against!
05. Nooo, Suika, remove that kid's watermelon mask first! XD
06. The last petrification device is with the right person. Kohaku is fast enough to get away from anybody who tries to grab it, and strong enough to fight anybody who attempts to obtain it by force!
07. Poor Soyuz... his father is missing too much of his body to survive even if he were to be depetrified...
08. I like that Kirisame, Oarashi, and everybody else are so willing to pledge fealty to Soyuz, but... is this believable? They've been under Ibara's rule for Soyuz's entire lifetime. These people are relatively young - well, maybe some of the soldiers are older - so they only have childhood memories of what a good person the master was. Bloodline must be really, really important to them...
09. A scene with just Senku, Kohaku, and Suika, aww! :) Kohaku knows how much Senku misses Byakuya... no words were needed... And this type of solemn, quiet moment is incredibly rare for Senku! :O
10. I really appreciate this panning shot. This will really help me make a list of who will be on the Perseus when my fanfic arrives at this point!
11. Love that insight into ruling from Kokuyou! Best person to hear it from! :) And he really appreciates Kinro's diligence - this the second time he's mentioned it in the series!
12. When Soyuz said that his father unified the island... does that mean that they were separate communities twenty years ago? Interesting...
13. Aww, Kaseki and Suika's alternate jumping to see the blueprints Senku gave Soyuz was cute! :)
14. I'm surprised everybody listened to Soyuz. This practically-a-foreigner dude just ran up to everybody all excited about putting them to work to build some huge, unknown thing, and they agreed?
15. Taiju could carry so much wood compared to the other people XD And that wood shaving thing! That's a traditional Japanese art that they have competitions for! I'll have to look up what it's called when I get to this point. It's cool that they showed that here! :)
16. Ah, more wire! Copper wire, I'm assuming? And pulleys - the first scientific thing that Senku showed Kohaku! :D
17. Poor Senku looks so shriveled up, like an old man! And like Suika the first time we saw her face without the watermelon mask XD
18. Okay, so this zeolite stuff is like a desiccant, and it has to be kept at perfectly balanced temperature. And there's gunpowder, salt, iron... Chrome's Rainbow Bridge was so long ago! :) He's so excited to bring it back on a bigger scale!
19. So the tower is made of wood, and only the small parts on top are made of metal. Probably something they already brought with them from the Perseus...
20. Kirisame has such delicate feelings! :) And this reminds me of when Ginro was encouraging Ruri to confess her feelings while Chrome was on that speedboat. Two shy ladies speaking into a microphone for their words to be heard across the water...
21. Cotton candy and ramen from stalls... it's just like a night festival! Although I don't know if those usually have blue-spotted wrasse poele with water celery and cauliflower fungus sautee...
22. Soyuz has formally announced his decision to stay on Treasure Island... and with memory like his, I am not at ALL surprised that he remembers how to make the revival fluid XD
23. Two solemn vows to be useful from Kirisame and Matsukaze... One made to a honorable leader with noble intentions, and the other to... Ginro... :O
24. That's a good point by Gen! Ryusui's greed is so much more honest and wholesome than Ginro's XD
25. How did they get so many of those iron tubes?! From the Perseus, I suppose... That's a lotta tubes! They were really, really well-prepared for this trip, huh...?
26. The fireworks were beautiful to the stone world people, but to the modern world people, they were something beautiful from the past that they can now experience once more... and Gen's explanation about fireworks being used to honor the deceased just made this moment even more meaningful... This made me cry! :O
27. Byakuya!!! :D I hope his first voice actor will rest in peace. And this second voice actor did a great job! :)
28. Let's see... sodium oxalate for the color yellow, and possibly strontium nitrate for the color red... so glad to see this, because I mentioned strontium chloride in my fanfic for Chrome to show glowing crimson flames! :D
29. I really like that they were both in traditional clothing at the festival, and how Byakuya has such respect for the work for the craftspeople. This perfectly explains how Senku would know the intricacies of making gunpowder and fireworks AND his remark about craftsmen after they finished building the laboratory :)
30. Kohaku knew Senku's heart. She knew he would be drawn to this particular tree that housed the space capsule, and she went there to meet him. And, UNPROMPTED, Senku spoke about Byakuya and the other astronauts. He knew that it was safe to express that sorrow to her. And Kohaku reassured him that they live on in everybody who will.
31. And because of that, Senku was comforted, and started talking optimistically about the future. I really loved the line in the manga where Kohaku said that "Byakuya and his friends... left the world for us to inherit."
32. Kohaku understands Senku, and she understands Byakuya as well - she knows that Byakua's effect on the world will be felt until the end of time, and she also knows that in that moment, that was exactly what Senku needed to hear, that this amazing parent and brilliant scientist wouldn't just fade away, unremembered. Ishigami Byakuya may not have survived, but his legacy will live on in every single human being until the end of time. Senku's father will never be forgotten.
33. Sometimes, in manga and anime, there's overt romance with blushing and denial and over-the-top reactions... but sometimes, there's this. Two people who know each other's hearts, and who trust each other enough to express grief and joy and longing too. Their love isn't flashy and obvious - it's being there for each other and feeling safe with the other person to express everything they have inside of them. That's what Senku and Kohaku have :)
34. Kohaku said that this really was Treasure Island, and it's so true! So many things could be considered the treasure! :O
35. In the scene after that, Senku mentioned being connected, and we see Kohaku, Suika, and other characters from this time - all stone world folks; no modern folks, which makes a ton of sense - Byakuya and the other astronauts above them. So fitting! :D
36. Goodbye to Soyuz, Amaryllis, the people of Treasure Island, one of the best villains of Dr. Stone, and an incredibly exciting and fulfilling story arc! :O So many things happened there, both good and bad, but in the end, the kingdom of science prevailed, and we now have a happier population and a powerful ally! :D
37. I really like how Ukyo's voice sounds so gentle in contrast to the other louder characters :)
38. Everybody knows that Senku is the best scientist. And I mean everybody XD
39. They're back! The people on the mainland look so happy to see them return! And Chalk looks so, so cute in Minami's arms! :) Strange that he looks smaller than before, though... :O
40. What is that place where they docked the Perseus? A peninsula? A bay? An inlet? Whatever it is, it's good that they have it, because it'll protect the Perseus from storms :)
41. Chrome couldn't wait to tell Ruri what they had discovered! He ran down the ramp in those heels and everything!
42. Minami being flustered because Chalk is being so friendly is adorable! :D
43. Before I give my final thoughts on this episode, for reference, I'm going to type here the English translation I found to the ending song:
-
Cruising at our own speed, we were adrift in the sea
Taking all the time we need, soaking in all of the sights
As long as we get there, does it really matter?
Even with no map to guide us, I'm sure we'll find our way
Let your soul design an atlas of its own
Ride the swell of your pounding heartbeat (heartbeat)
At the crest of that billowing wave
What is it that you see?
Listen to your heart, listen to your heart
I'd be lying if I were to say that it will surely work
Impossible to know if we will even ever meet again
Stay aboard or go ashore, I wouldn't blame you either way
Listen to your heart, listen to your heart
The ocean cannot teach you how to chart a course across itself
The heavens high above us cannot tell you when or if they end
We're all just travelers on this blue marble in the sky
Listen to your heart, listen to your heart
Wherever you might go, listen to your heart
-
44. I LOVED this episode. Senku's conversation with Kohaku at that tree is my number one favorite scene of all of the episodes I've watched so far. I know my fellow Senku/Kohaku fans loved the sweet hug in the previous episode - and don't get me wrong, so did I! - but this giant tree scene just drove home how deeply connected Senku and Kohaku are, and how well Kohaku knows Senku's heart. Being able to be still, knowing that you were loved, cared for, and seen... Being able to share grief and know that you would be understood and given compassion and encouragement... Words cannot express how much I adore that scene! :O And, um, the rest of the episode was good, too XD How the fireworks - and by that, I mean the anime-only fireworks, hee hee - brought joy but also honored those who are no longer with us, and the moon-related and Tsukasa-related plans for the future... Amazing, amazing episode! The next episode is called "Beyond The New World," and it will be the final episode of Season Three! :D

My thoughts on Dr. Stone’s S03E20 (“First Dream”)
(Safe to read for anime-only folks.)
-
01. Wow, you can really see the production quality in this episode :) Of course Chrome was the first person Senku depetrified, and he gave Chrome credit for his idea for everybody to help Senku measure the timing of the light of the petrification! That was a very loud, very rewarding high (low?) five! :D
02. This episode's title is "First Dream," which a nostalgic title that reminds one of where Senku's heart truly lies :)
03. That is one COMPLICATED-looking revival fluid maker... I wonder how I'm going to describe that in my fanfic when the time comes... :O
04. Revived Person Number Two is... Amaryllis! She knows where to get all the yummy things! I love how Chrome can pull a cart, while Senku is already struggling with just a basket XD (And Amaryllis, who's also carrying a basket, isn't struggling at all, although her basket might be slimmer than Senku's?)
05. Revived Person Number Three is... Taiju! It's so easy for him to pull the cart even with Amaryllis and the two baskets on it! :D
06. It is a bit weird, though, that they struggled that much with cooking. Amaryllis certainly knows how to cook, and Chrome should definitely know how to cook fish.
07. As Japanese man, I would think Senku wouldn't have that hard a time with octopus, although I'll give him a pass since he was fifteen or sixteen when he was petrified, and I didn't know how to cook at that age either, haha XD But, he's also cooked and survived in the stone world since then, so... maybe it was because the octopus was crying? If so, that would be sweet of him to be hesitant!
08. I'm going to guess that the pointy-looking cupcake things in front of Taiju are crabs that have had their pincers removed. If so, nooo, you don't cook crab like that! The pincers stay ON until they're cooked! But, wait, they're red, so maybe they ARE cooked already...
09. Revived Person Number Four is... Francois! That is an incredibly delicious-looking spread! :O
10. It's wonderful to see how well Chrome knows Ruri, and how much he respects her! :) And Amaryllis even pointed out that Chrome was flexing his familiarity with Ruri, hee hee! XD
11. How did Taiju not know that Senku had been married to Ruri?! Maybe the villagers just kept the story of the Grand Bout to themselves, or they just omitted that part when they told people? But Francois knows, so maybe that part wasn't told when Taiju heard the story...
12. The islanders destroyed their scientific equipment in the Perseus! How rude! >:O
13. The fact that Taiju has never seen Senku truly angry is a very interesting point! And Senku immediately says he does get angry. I know he was when he heard that Kohaku was petrified... the dark look on his face said it all! :O
14. More depetrified people! :) Ryusui, Nikki, Magma, Soyuz, Yuzuriha, Suika, Ukyo, Kaseki, Gen, and more!
15. Poor Kirisame... all she wanted was to be a good warrior for the master and for the people of the island... :( I wonder if Senku told the others that he wanted to talk to her in private?
16. Ginro! :) I'm guessing that Kinro dressed him in new clothes, probably some of Ginro's old clothes from the Perseus. Wow, he has abs! He's a warrior, so he SHOULD, but it's funny to see XD The brothers look so happy to see each other safe and sound and depetrified! :)
17. Of course Kohaku was depetrified first... and of course she was standing between Senku and Suika, the two people who missed her the most! :D
18. The light pink blush under Kohaku's eyes... Does the revival fluid also bring back make-up? XD Maybe just supposed to be normal pinkness, haha!
19. Sigh... Ginro had such a noble look on his face when he was first depetrified... but now... he really does deserved to be smacked into a tree...
20. This made me squeal with delight! Kohaku gazing affectionately at Senku, Senku looking back at Kohaku with such gentle eyes... She ran to him, and he SHIFTED HIS BODY to the side so that she could embrace him properly! :D I have no idea how people can watch this show and NOT ship these two! The affection and trust between them - they didn't have to exchange words; it was so clear that this was a long-awaited reunion! :) I love this moment! ^_^
21. It was even better in the manga, because you can see them hugging the entire time during the short conversation afterwards, which is an EXTREMELY long time for a hug! I love how they're so familiar with each other and care about each other so much that they can show this affection. Even though Senku kept his arms where they were, the fact that he moved his body in the right direction in order to be hugged speaks volumes! They're so amazing together! :D
22. I do wish they had focused on the hug for a few more seconds... that would have made it even better! :)
23. They used tiny bits and pieces of manga things, but on the whole, I would consider the boat celebration scene an anime-only scene. The arm wrestling match between Magma and Oarashi definitely was. And, was Mantle with them on the Perseus this entire time?!
24. Kokuyou drinking, Kirisame swearing fealty to Soyuz, Kinro being serious, Ginro bragging about his ordeal... XD
25. Ah, a nice callback to Season One, when Senku was also telling people to be quiet so that he could hear :)
26. And now Kohaku's the one flexing to Amaryllis how well she knows Senku, hahaha! XD
27. A mysterious voice with the intent to petrify! Knowing Kohaku, she did a backflip and not just a regular jump - and she measured the distance really well to land right in front of the wall without touching it :D With her trustworthiness and her unmatched speed, Kohaku's the best person to hold the petrification weapon!
28. As Senku revealed, twelve million eight hundred thousand meters is the diameter of the Earth! And from the shadow on Ukyo's face, he knows that as well! Well, that, and/or because he realized that the voice was Senku's own voice. Ah, I remember reading along with everybody else when these manga chapters were being released... this was where the chapter ended. Exhilarating indeed! :D
29. Chrome suspecting that the Senku with them wasn't the real Senku was really funny XD
30. Senku's twin conspiracy theory; a doppelganger; Senku the time traveler... I love how Dr. Stone just outright says what the audience might be thinking, to show that the characters are thinking of those possibilities as well! :)
31. Of course Ukyo would be able to analyze that voice - he was a former sonar operator, after all! :D A voice that lies in the uncanny valley like a volcaloid... a synthetic voice! And Chrome figured out that Whyman got Senku's voice from his radio transmission during his final batte with Ibara!
32. Kohaku! :) She knows where her priorities should lie - preparing for the battle against Whyman!
33. This fight between Kohaku and Kirisame is awesome! Kohaku knew it would be disrespectful to hold back, and now that she's wearing her normal outfit, she can fight at full strength!
34. I wonder if Kirisame's weapons are based on something in real life? They look like metal toothbrushes or something?
35. He remembered a small mark like that? Good job, Soyuz's memory! And now, we have another depetrified person, with this one being from a few hundred years ago!
36. Wow, he's strong to be able to whack Kirisame and Kohaku away just like that! I'm going to guess he won because of the element of surprise!
37. Oh, Matsukaze... your loyalty to your master is admirable, but... the person in front of you who likes like him is jumping right into taking advantage of that... XD
38. Some much needed backstory! Countless petrifications weapons rained down from the sky! :O I love how even Matsukaze was indignant that Senku and the others ran away soon after XD Or maybe he was just shocked, but still! :D
39. Parabolic antenna acquired! I'm gonna have to know what that is someday...
40. Kaseki and Chrome being super confused about whether the enemy is really far away or really close, hahaha! XD
41. Whyman is a few hundred thousand kilometers above... on the moon! :O And Kohaku's first question is how they're going to deal with him when he's all the way up there! A very, very good question...
42. Because the enemy is up there, the kingdom of science is going to the moon! :O The sand art in the ending song is now in color because Kohaku has been depetrified, and Senku's world has color once again! :) Well, that's certainly how I'm going to interpret this :D To fight Whyman, they're going to have to go to outer space which was Senku's first dream :) This was a wonderful episode, and I especially loved the Senku/Kohaku scene of their joyful reunion! The next episode is the last episode of the anime I've already watched, I think. The episode's name is "Treasure Island," and it will show us that there's more than one kind of treasure there! :D

My thoughts on Dr. Stone’s S03E19 (“Last Man Standing”)
(Safe to read for anime-only folks.)
-
01. Opening the episode with Ibara's smug snickering was perfect. He won. He doesn't know why those foreign weirdos decided to pose in a bizarre way while being petrified, but it doesn't matter to him, because he was able to easily get the Medusa. This episode's title is "Last Man Standing," and as far as Ibara's concerned, that last man is him! :O
02. I can't blame Ibara for his reaction. He knows that people have been depetrified, but seeing somebody who basically resisted the light of the petrification and was standing alive and well before him must have been a huge shock!
03. Senku has a realistic view of his own stamina and speed, hee hee!
04. It's so cool when Dr. Stone does this - going through all the things the audience is also thinking. It's such smart writing because it removes possible frustration and we can enjoy characters being genuinely intelligent!
05. Chrome is really good at those burst sprints! He covers good ground and has cannonball sound effects and everything!
06. His idea of having a set signal for people raising their hands is so, so smart, and Ryusui did a good job as well with contributing an idea for a uniform distance :)
07. Even though Chrome and Ryusui and the others are going to be petrified, they still have a way for helping Senku stay safe!
08. Chrome gave the plan; Ryusui estimated the light's speed; Gen reminisced about the original petrification light; Kaseki has faith that Senku won't be trapped in stone; Nikki knows Senku will whip out amazing mathematic powers; Kinro wants to be as accurate and dutiful as possible...
09. ...and Magma wants to work together with everybody! Magma! Pre-Grand Bout Magma would have depended on his speed and tried to run to save himself. But here, he's staying and willingly being petrified just to give Senku a better chance of surviving! Talk about character growth! :O
10. Since running won't work and submerging a body part is too risky, it's throwing time! Senku used "the method of least squares," which I'll probably have to research in the future.
11. The light's speed is 36 kilometers per hour. Estimated arrival time is 5.5 seconds. Throw distance will be three meters. Weight of the filled bottle is 300 grams. Drag force will be 0.21 kilograms per meter. Acceleration due to gravity will be 9.8 meters per second squared...
12. ...and Senku's conclusion is that if he throws it up at the rate of 33 kilometers per hour, it'll reach 3 meters in 0.72 seconds, and then it'll fall back down and hit him in 1.8 seconds. To do all that, he has to count four seconds before throwing it up in the air...
13. ...which, of course, would be absolutely no problem for him whatsoever XD
14. I remember that the manga chapter for the week ended with Senku's outstretched arm. Ah, good times, good times...!
15. I like the clarity that the anime provides. We can easily see the light and the revival fluid affecting the different parts of his body, so we understand how he comes out safe and sound.
16. The anime also explained the "raising arms up" thing. I think I didn't fully get that when I first read the manga... or, wait, maybe I didn't fully get why their raised hands looked different from each other. Now I know it was just personal preference on their part XD
17. Random thing, but the sweat the fell from Senku's face as he got up look well-animated.
18. Here Dr. Stone goes again, answering questions the audience is thinking right away by mentioning how nitric acid could and couldn't have been used, which is great!
19. Aww, Senku high-fiving everybody's petrified statues was so sweet! They risked their lives so he would have a chance to live. And in return, Senku gave them the respect and affection and gratitude they deserved, even though they wouldn't have known either way! And I think Senku needed that as well, so that he wouldn't feel alone. His feelings truly run deep :O
20. He's so smart, but he... tried to punch Oarashi's statue... HIM... the weakest member of the kingdom of science... -_- Oh, Senku... XD
21. Making deliberate footprints to lead Ibara to the mobile lab was smart, and it would have been nice if his "Rube Goldberg machine" fake AI car thingy really worked to defeat Ibara!
22. Senku actually got the Medusa for a short moment! But then Ibara spiked through his left arm and kicked him to the ground :( That would hurt for anybody, but Senku's a weakling, so this is even worse...
23. Ibara's lucky Kohaku is petrified - if she had seen how Ibara hurt Senku like that, he'd WISH he was depetrified rather than face her wrath! :O
24. I love the change in music after Ibara got the Medusa back. The haunting child choir music fits SO well with the ethereal horror of the concept of eternal petrification and unthinkable cruelty that Ibara could inflict everybody, especially Senku!
25. A villain monologue is a great time to make one's escape, hahaha! XD
26. Soon after he started pursuing Senku in the forest, Ibara realized that there was a possibility that Senku went there for tactical reasons, not out of cowardice. He really does NOT underestimate his enemies!
27. This reminds me of when Hyoga and Mozu were fighting on the deck, and then Hyoga decided to jump off the ship. Instead of thinking that Hyoga was a fool, Mozu knew that Hyoga had gone into the water on purpose. He didn't underestimate his foreign enemy either!
28. And even after realizing it was a trap and hearing the effect of sulfuric acid on the trees, Ibara was still really confident XD
29. Ibara's knowledge of the island's geography is a HUGE advantage in a battle like this :O
30. Poor Senku... he's not used to running and climbing that much, AND he has a serious arm injury as well...
31. When faced with an unknown threat, Ibara just calmly used logic to refute his enemy's words. So smart! :D
32. And Senku knew that Ibara was just talking so that he would have time to measure how far he should throw the Medusa! Also really smart! :D
33. Just like Senku, Ibara also has his own instinct of when his plans might be going wrong!
34. While Ibara was distracted by the distinctive sound of sulfuric acid melting something... Senku threw the revival fluid in just the right place and depetrified Ryusui! If he had a card of his own, he would be S-ranked or SS-ranked for sure! :O
35. It's incredible that Ryusui thought of getting Mozu's earring! Those years of pro-gamer training may have just helped save the world from being under Ibara's rule... XD
36. When Ibara's rope broke in the tug-of-war, he immediately used his scarf, which is much thicker and more durable! What quick thinking!
37. Yeah, I can see why Ibara could pull them. Senku is... uh... almost not a factor XD And Ryusui isn't a fighter. As a warrior, Ibara knows how to use his strength to his advantage.
38. NOBODY can beat Senku when it comes to counting... nobody! :)
39. But throwing his large ceremonial hat to prevent the Medusa from reaching him... that was such impressive foresight and action on his part! He knows the petrification weapon and how to counter it so, so well! :O And the fact that he's just standing there instead of moving away means he has supreme confidence in his estimation of its range of effect!
40. A splendid move by Ryusui, such quick and intelligent thinking! And to sacrifice himself for Senku's sake... he has so much faith in Senku! This deep trust in each other is why the kingdom of science is so wonderful! :)
41. I'm just wondering how Ryusui was able to attach that to the Medusa, since his fingers should have turned to stone on impact with the green wave of light, but I can imagine that the angle where his fingers were was just THAT perfect to hook the earring into the Medusa, or something. I'll accept it :D
42. No, Senku, don't gloat! Just get him! You can gloat later! :O
43. Aww, I just noticed that Ibara started to cry right before the petrification light got him! He was scared, in the end! :(
44. And this concludes the tyranny of Ibara, the most threatening and most intelligent villain we've seen on Dr. Stone so far! He was so smart and had so many accurate conclusions and wise contingency plans that even without being some large, muscular, obviously threatening guy (although he was muscular in his own way), he was able to reduce the kingdom of science to just ONE PERSON, just Senku, before he was defeated! Ibara was so impressive and cunning, and such a worthy adversary to Senku and the kingdom of science! :O
45. I like the intense look on Senku's face right after Ibara was petrified - a warrior's look. And that massive triumphant yell, hahaha! You earned it, Senku! Congratulations! :D
46. I love the gentle piano music we hear and the light of the sunset we see as Senku is slowly walking away from the scene of his final battle with Ibara. Those and the scenery with the occasional stone statues we see show that he truly is alone... And we got more beautiful piano music as we saw scenes where he was alone in the stone world... :(
47. He went to where Soyuz - and so, where TAIJU, his best friend and first human companion in the stone world - was! Aww! :)
48. I mean, from the manga, I thought, or maybe imagined, that he was on a cliff overlooking the sea for this part, but this works as well!
49. That large sparkle in the sky, and that soft look in Senku's eyes... I mean, there's a minuscule chance, right? He could have been looking at... at... :O
50. It was so beautiful when the phone rang and it was Ruri asking after him. This is one of my favorite moments in the series. I remember that in the manga, her question was, " Are you faring well, Senku?" Such a fitting question for Ruri's gentle and considerate nature, and the timing was PERFECT, because she reminded Senku that he wasn't alone. That was exactly what he needed in that moment :) This was a a lovely ending to an outstanding episode! One of the very best! Senku is the last man standing, and the title of the next episode is "First Dream!" I know that very important things will happen in the next episode... :D

My thoughts on Dr. Stone’s S03E18 (“Flicker of Doom”)
(Safe to read for anime-only folks.)
01. As per the events of the previous episode, Ibara dropped the Medusa, and Yo caught it! The weapon that can cause a "Flicker of Doom," which is the title of this episode, is at last in the hands of the kingdom of science! :D
02. Okay, so from the looks of things, Hyoga and Mozu must have taken a break to repair the large metal thing that was dented in the last episode when Mozu slammed Hyoga into it. Maybe they wanted a "proper" fighting area, hahaha! XD
03. Ah, Yo's fantasy of greatness :) Unlike in the imaginings involving Chrome, Senku is clothed here. That's modern era sensibilities for you! But the poor guy can't use the ultimate weapon in his hand...
04. Apart from that initial slam, Hyoga's doing pretty well against Mozu!
05. The perspective the practice is worthy of disdain because it gives somebody "false fangs," as opposed to somebody who was born the best when it comes to physical ability, is fascinating!
06. Hyoga was able to swim that well while holding a spear; fight with said spear against his adversary; and make it out of the water just like that? Without taking off the heavy cloak that must have been weighing him down?
07. Well, he did have that cloak before Season Three, so it must be made of animal hide and not cotton, so it must not have been that absorbent...
08. Aww, he believes in Senku and the rest of the people he went to war against in the past! :) (Except for Ryusui, I suppose.) He pulled down his bandana just to smile and everything!
09. Bamboo is TOUGH! Nikki must be using an incredibly strong blade with great force if she's able to cut down several at a time just like that! :O
10. Thank you, Senku and Mecha Senku! Now I know that with a pencil and a piece of bamboo, I could be an invincible spear user!
11. Poor Mecha Senku got blamed for the lady's darkened fingertips :(
12. While his fighting skills are already top-notch, Hyoga's eyesight is really good as well! He was able to catch that spinning bamboo cylinder with the shaft of the golden spear in just one try! :O
13. Oh, and Mozu's removed the cloth that was covering his weapon! He must be serious now!
14. I'm sorry, Hyoga, but you look SO cheesy with your arms in that Street Fighter pose while you're talking about the spear of science, hahaha! XD
15. What formidable spear skills! :O The Owari Kanryu-style of spearmanship is quite impressive!
16. When Mozu said that Hyoga's spear was like the moon, I looked it up... and yes, Akatsuki Hyoga does have the character for moon, tsuki, in his surname! No wonder that's been a motif with him! :)
17. Leverage, support... will have to remember that. And it looks like I'll need years of training to be a kudayari spear master as well, not just a pencil and a bamboo cylinder XD
18. Being the recipient of passed-on knowledge, being the next stage of a legacy... Hyoga and Senku have that in common. Hyoga may be a villain, but he knows how to honor those who came before him :)
19. And due to Ibara's quick actions, Yo has been petrified once more XD Poor guy... he was on top for almost half an episode, but now he's a statue again...
20. Ibara was able to instruct the Medusa with his mouth closed? Did the Medusa interpret the vibrations of his throat or something?
21. I think running Ukyo's behind Yuzuriha and Suika because he's a caring gentleman! :) And since he heard how Yo got petrified, he's a caring gentleman with exceptional hearing :O
22. "I don't know what's going on, but protect Oarashi-sama!" Those are good comrades! Bad for the main cast, sure... but still, very good comrades in the grand scheme of things! :)
23. The anime showcased Chrome's observation shills a bit differently in the manga, and I prefer the manga version, but he's awesome in both! He told Senku that the light of the petrification is always constant! :D
24. I like how Chrome and Ryusui don't look down on desperate plans. The kingdom of science's gotta do what the kingdom of science's gotta do, just like babies in Rugrats! XD
25. The statue team's horror and grief is shown really well here. The eyes, the despair... :O
26. If Kohaku had been there, she would have had no problem catching up to Oarashi... but then she would have faced the same problem of the Medusa being inside Oarashi's stomach...
27. Whether they like it or not, everybody's getting petrified... :(
28. Chrome believes that Senku will win, and so does everybody else! :) Ukyo shouted some VITAL information, and... the spear pals were taking a break when the light of the petrification started? Hahaha! They're not even in mid-fight... Hyoga has his leg up on something! XD
29. This was such a good moment between Hyoga and Mozu! They respected each other's strength from the beginning, and now, Mozu's humbled himself enough to be willing to learn Hyoga's style of spearmanship, and Hyoga is willing to teach him, right on the eve of their destruction! :O
30. The members of the kingdom of science are being petrified, but they look so confident while it's happening! Well, Senku looks less certain than the others, but he's still brave! Ibara's triumphant post looks like his pose in the opening theme, which is cool :)
31. The music for this scene was so well done! :D It sounds desperate and terrifying! :O
32. Oh, that poor little crabby... :( Why did Ibara have to go and do that?!
33. Ibara's so logical! He's not even wondering how to find the "sorcerers" because they were all going after Oarashi! :)
34. His heels are VERY high. Higher than anybody else's that I've seen! Maybe he also avoids little hitchhikers, hahaha! XD
35. Baby Soyuz, considering what just happened and how you supposedly saw it and will remember it, maybe you ought to look a bit sadder than that...? :O
36. Poor brown-haired lady who must be Ruri's distant relative... :( Since she called Ibara "Ibara-sama," she must be Baby Soyuz's nurse or caretaker, or maybe sworn guard, not his mother... Oh, and she's the first person in this anime to have purple eyes, I think!
37. Oarashi was so loyal to Ibara, but Ibara had no problem with smashing his statue... Well, it's not his worst crime, but still...
38. "Five meters. One second." It's too bad that didn't work, but it was a great try!
39. Ibara has let go of the Medusa in fear, Senku has revealed his presence, and the two leaders of the two kingdoms are about to enter an epic battle! Compared to the past, the colors and music for the next episode's title ("Last Man Standing") reveal look vibrant and sound triumphant, and Senku will certainly be victorious! :D

My thoughts on Dr. Stone’s S03E17 (“Joker”)
(Safe to read for anime-only folks.)
01. There are SO MANY PEOPLE on that ship! How could Ibara get so many people up there without the ship sinking?! Then again, it IS a ship that Senku designed and Ryusui approved of, and cruise ships with a ton of people do exist... :D
02. So, so far, I think two shots have already been fired by the gun... The first being the bullet that got Magma and Gen the straw boat, and the second being the one that was fired at the steel mast thing while everybody was rushing to the ship? That's two down, and... some more... to go... :O
03. The title of today's episode is "Joker," and even though I already know from the manga who it truly is, there are some other contenders as well, and Magma is certainly one of them! XD
04. That's a third bullet into that sail, a fourth into that water barrel, a fifth into that metal thing that looks like it has three megaphones, and I THINK a sixth one that echoed in those pipes somehow?
05. A strong blow from Nikki gave Magma lots of stacked head lumps! She's up for the challenge of beating Magma up at some point in the future XD
06. Yo said that he only has three more shots, so... the gun has enough space for nine bullets, then? Or eight, in case the sixth bullet I mentioned didn't count...
07. Magnesium can do that?! That light looks incredible! Yo probably shot another bullet for the "Spear of Light," so there are only two bullets left...
08. Mozu... the strongest warrior of the petrification kingdom... :O He's not only strong, he's observant as well, to have learned that "sorcery" users are heavily reliant on small finger movements!
09. And Yo fell the in the water... more importantly, the gun he was holding also fell in the water... I have an implausible scientific suggestion in mind already for my fanfic, but I could also go with just ignoring the subject altogether. I'll see when the time comes :D
10. Mozu was just playing around with Kinro and Nikki... his spear was covered, kind of like in the Grand Bout, and he rammed Kinro with the blunt end of his weapon... and one punch sent Nikki skidding across the deck... Which makes sense... if Kohaku couldn't beat Mozu, there was no way Kinro or Nikki were going to be able to... :O
11. I like the accuracy of Ryusui being strong enough to carry Kinro, but having the weak scientist and the weak mentalist have to work together to bring Nikki to safety XD
12. Two kicks was all it took to push down that vault door-looking... door?! How strong IS Mozu? And more importantly, how strong are his shoes? Not even one piece broke off from his heel! :O
13. Ibara was so cheerful and polite when he walked in, and then he turned all doom and darkness...
14. This was a VERY good reveal of Senku's last-resort plan to revive Hyoga! :D And nobody can blame him; this is literally the only chance they have to be able to survive... :O
15. Kinro's handing of the spear to Hyoga was cooler in the manga, from what I remember, but this was still a very cool moment nonetheless. The kingdom of science's only hope is their incredibly dangerous enemy...
16. Another point for Ibara's cautiousness. Instead of being lost in bloodlust and focusing the defeat his enemies, he prioritized keeping his secret about the master's statue safe :O
17. I must say, Hyoga's just been revived, but he's already talking about ruling the kingdom of science alongside Senku. Instead of working his way up the corporate ladder, he wants to be on the board of directors right away. An ambitious man, that one :D
18. That plan of Gen's was doomed to begin with XD Nikki's too pure for something like that :)
19. In Season Two, when Hyoga was shown in a similar light under a celestial body, he had horns. Now, under a different celestial body, he doesn't have horns - it's kind of like a bit of foreshadowing that he's going to choose the side of good this time :D
20. Hyoga has a dangerous foe in front of him, and the people who imprisoned him all around him, but he's still sitting so casually with one leg up on top of his former prison. THAT is boss behavior XD
21. The anime did the "Mozu and Nikki looking at each other" scene a little different from the manga, in my opinion...
22. Okay, I think the drama they put in Senku stepping aside for Hyoga was a little unnecessary XD But Mozu didn't stand a chance anyway when it came to Hyoga's allegiance... there was no way that Hyoga would have picked having a harem over competent people and technological progress :D
23. Senku's ushering his group out, and Taiju is taking his group forward... it's like the two best friends are running towards each other :)
24. Hahaha, I still remember how delicate Hyoga looked in the manga when his face was revealed... :D
25. I like how Ryusui is so serious while helping Kinro go up to the deck. He can be greedy and energetic, but he takes the health of his friends and crew seriously! :)
26. Hyoga totally has Mozu's number. He threw the golden spear so hard it embedded itself into the wall, knowing Mozu would rather have a good fight rather than mow down an unarmed man. Of course, it was because everything had to be done "properly" :D
27. Everybody knows Senku so well... XD
28. Aww, now that all the pesky non-combatants are gone, Hyoga can play with his new pal! :) And that new pal just... slammed him into that giant metal thing... :O
29. Kirisame knew that the master wouldn't approve of mass petrification, and the anime-only scene from Kirisame's childhood reinforced that :) Dr. Stone has very few anime-only scenes, but they all make a lot of sense :D
30. With Taiju's very loud revelation, Ibara's secret was revealed! And, the right way to utilize the petrification weapon was also revealed!
31. That was such a good maneuver by Ibara! Instead of just throwing the weapon forward, he used Kirisame's momentum against her, and knew how far away from him the weapon needed to be in order to petrify Kirisame but stay safe himself! :O
32. Instead of panicking, Kirisame used her last unpetrified moments to curse Ibara's name XD That shot of her petrified, but with liquid tears flowing down her face, was so well done! :D And they slowed down her fall so we could see her face up close! :)
33. Yo has REALLY good aim for somebody who's bobbing up and down in the sea! He did something very cool, he had a very cool line, AND he looks very cool as well! :D
34. He mentioned shooting one bullet in the air, probably the magnesium - and another bullet at Mozu. And this last one was at Ibara's hand. If there was ever a time that Yo needed to aim accurately this was it... and he did! Good job, Yo! :O
35. The kingdom of science has the Medusa, hooray! :D And we had quite the selection of Jokers in this episode... Magma, Hyoga, and Yo were the main ones, but the "Spear of Light," the gun, Mozu, Ibara, and even Taiju with his statue revelation might count as well! And as of now, Yo is the most powerful player in the game! XD The next episode is called "Flicker of Doom," and from that, I think we all know what's going to happen... :O (Also, from choosing the tags for this post, I just realized that the "ueiii" sound that Yo often makes is him screeching his own surname, hahaha! XD)

My thoughts on Dr. Stone’s S03E16 (“Total War”)
(Safe to read for anime-only folks.)
01. It's been ages since I did this! :O And it's so weird that this is the next episode for me to write about, because I'm sure that I've watched a few episodes past this - although I still haven't watched all of the episodes of Season Three. This episode started with dramatic music at the two sides' face-off on the Cliff of Howling Seas! :D
02. It is very unfortunate that Senku and the others are on the cliff side of the Cliff. Oh, wait, they did that on purpose. Silly me XD
03. Kohaku has been the kingdom of science's main warrior and protector for so long, but now, with her out of commission, and with his own brother's life on the line, Kinro's determined to keep everybody safe with his skills as a top spear user! :)
04. The opening theme is so beautiful and full of longing! This episode's title is "Total War" - combat is on the horizon :O
05. That spear was so close to the enemy's face! Ukyo is a EXTREMELY precise fighter to be able to hit the shaft of an enemy's spear with an arrow like that! :D
06. Senku, on the other hand, is a wily foe, using mirrors like that XD
07. Poor Mozu was "defeated" by the second, third, and fourth worst fighters in their group, to the point that he spun wildly to the ground. He may have hammed it up, but he really did sell it... although about his audience... they really didn't make the cut for individual character designs, did they? Poor guys :O
08. He may rely on his fighting skills most of all, but Mozu is also observant, and draws conclusions from his observations :)
09. To get a premonition about a situation he can't even see... Ryusui's sailor's instincts are incredibly strong! :O
10. That shot of a terrified Senku being in Ibara's vile clutches is so, so good! It really encapsulates their helplessness at the situation! :D
11. Ibara is so smart and vigilant. Other villains with rest on their laurels after getting to the top, but not him. Because he spotted Kohaku's earring, he was able to discern Mozu's defection AND hear Senku's voice on the earring! :O
12. Okay, so Senku calculated something about trajectory... well, it's a good thing that's physics, because that's going to be easier for me to understand (compared to chemistry) when my fanfic gets to this point :)
13. When Senku gave them an order that contradicted their original plan, they followed him immediately, without asking questions! They all trust Senku so much :D
14. It was great of Chrome to help Suika up to the mobile lab, and I LOVE that Senku was the last one who got in. He wanted to ensure everybody else's safety before his own :)
15. Suika got an extra long hug from Ryusui, aww! :D
16. I knew that Yo's character design had a star theme going on because of his police badge, but I just noticed that the cloth around his neck and the collar of his outfit really makes him look close to a modern world police officer in a suit and tie :)
17. Yo has spent so much time with Magma that he knew exactly what Magma did almost as soon as he realized that the gun was missing XD
18. That's a lot of lumps for Gen! I wonder, though... if he got lumps that evening, wouldn't people have noticed in the morning? Although, it doesn't look like he and Magma were on the Cliff of Howling Seas at all. So my theory is that after getting the gun, Magma sneaked out that night; head lumped Gen into unconsciousness and gazed lovingly at his newly acquired gun until morning. Then some time after that, Gen woke up and just when Magma was heading out, and decided to follow him... and everybody else was too sleepy to notice that two people were missing :O
19. Ibara seems like he's just humming happily on a leisurely boat right, and not right in the middle of implementing an evil plan... XD
20. This just shows how smart Ibara is. A lesser villain would have destroyed his enemy's vessel, but Ibara appropriated it AND learned how to use it! :D
21. The entire population of that island can fit on that ship?! I mean, it's a big ship, but... EVERYBODY on that island?! :O
22. Even if he doesn't know how to properly use that weapon, Magma does look very cool XD
23. I get that is was for the reveal, but it's funny how while everybody was talking about the situation, Soyuz had his back turned on them the entire time. I suppose he takes dramatic effect seriously! :)
24. People running into view as they were talking about their plans... the anime did this very well :D
25. They sure didn't need Great Detective Suika to find out where Magma was! :) And speaking of Magma, while his shot didn't make it to the ship, it still put a hole in a straw boat, which they eventually used. It was nice that shot didn't go to waste :)
26. Poor Gen... so good at fooling people that he even fooled himself into helping Magma... XD
27. Nikki used a completely different method to obtain their boat, and she did it even faster than Gen did! :D
28. Hmm, arsonist Ukyo... I'll have to remember this for my fanfic... :)
29. Amaryllis and Suika were in despair, but Yuzuriha still had hope. She's such an optimistic character! :D
30. It's incredible how much Soyuz can remember from his infancy! It would have been nice if he had recalled some of that stuff way sooner, but it looks like seeing his father's statue helped his mind remember how he looked like :)
31. Soyuz, Yuzuriha and the others on the island will put Soyuz's father's petrified statue back together; Senku aims to distract the enemy; Kinro plans to put his spear skills into action to stall for time; Magma wants to use "his" shiny new gun; and Nikki's determined to stop Magma! :O (And wow, I just read some of Sukishinayo's translated English lyrics! :D) So many people are going to be doing so many things on the Perseus in the next episode, "Joker!" :)
