Based on this custom content by Sims of Frogton. I adapted the base game balloon mesh into a clothing mesh. Some clipping will occur in some animations, especially in the string area. Available for young adults to elders, both genders, all categories of clothing. No shoe sound because none of them fit. Two recolors.

Headless sims by Bink13y: This will make the human parts of your sim invisible. I don't recommend other invisible genetics sets, since they can make the clothes translucent.
