This small rant was mostly caused when hours before i posted this, i failed to install monogame on my pc when i had an idea for an insaniquarium clone i wanted to make so i used lua with love2d COMPLETELY IGNORING THE FACT THAT I HAD GAMEMAKING INSTALLED ON MY PC

Im just stuck in decision analysis for most of my game dev currently and its just hurts me yk

For me at least, making games isn’t hard its just my brain decides to think about the task in a way that makes it physically impossible for my skill level that so i end up putting it off until i forget about the game im working on and start a while new project

I've made (or been making and not done) two games during my little hiatus. One is a sorta broken fishing game I made within a week as a little self imposed challenge to myself, the other one is a dog walking horror games but I only got to the point where I added interlacing to it. the fishing game, while broken and lacks a gameplay loop, is published and available on my itch.io page:

As for the dog walking horror game, I'm unsure if I want to complete it as it seems like a bigger undertaking than my other stuff. So it might either be scrapped or worked on in the background while other, much more viable, projects pile up.
