Like look at this evidence and tell me Tim hate dick and while I'm at it Jason also doesn't really hate dick he from my perspective Separate the identity of Nightwing and dick, he kind of annoyed at Nightwing for being the golden boy but he doesn't dislike dick And Jason also adore dick from the start even before meeting him

yknow what annoys me about fanon, that Tim and Dick had ONE serious argument and suddenly they both hate each other somehow? Like, come on, that's Dicks little brother, and that's Tim Big bro, and his superhero.

And even then, in Red Robin we see Tim still being close as heck, they both love and respect each other despite their differences.

Someone commented down my rant blog about how too comfortable people get in the shifting community about asking the same question over and over again and how I was apparently, and I quote, "Not empathetic."

Look, if you want things sugarcoated to you when it comes shifting realities, this is not the blog for you. I've mentioned it quite a few times, I can help with questions YES but I am not the one who shifts you, not the methods, not the subliminal, not the meditation, not the affirmations so on so forth.

It's you and your belief in believing that you can shift. It's simple as that and a piece of advice let's say before I shifted to my jujutsu kaisen dr for the first time way back, I embodied that version of myself who has already shifted and has gained awareness of that said reality and went on about my day without forcing it.

Now, this might work for you, or it might not be everyones journey is different, and I personally think that you should not validate off other people's journeys. Find what works for you individually by yourself, this journey is of self discovery and yes we are all striving for the same goal but at the of the day it's not a race and everyone is different and goes at their own pace.

I also turned my asks off a while ago because I would receive death threats and nonsense left and right so I won't be opening that anytime soon, I don't understand when I have my priorities straight and I protect my peace while also having healthy boundaries people get their panties in a twist, I'm not here to please anybody, I can answer your queries but I'm not a spoon feeder and for the love of pancakes I am not a shifting god!!

I HATE how normal on the internet (especially tiktok of what I've seen) is that pepole can't undersatnd when others are insecure or dysmorphic about their body. If a bigger person said they felt insecure pepole would say "i see why" but if a smaller person said they are insecure they would say something like "bsfr.." "sybau" "oh.." ect. Also when somebody says "i whis i was skinny" "i whis i had fast metabolisim" "i whis i could gain weigth" "i whis i was bigger" and then the answers are almost always "no you dont" what if they do? What if it would make THEM happy and feel good about THEMSELFS? Just show support and try to help instead of bringing other down or make them feel worse.

Fourteen fanfics I've posted in AO3 and ALL of them were stolen to train a fucking AI.

I worked hard on those fanfics, I put all my love into them, several are even written in English even though that's not my main language. I learned English and wrote them in English because I wanted more people to read them, I was so proud of them and now they were taken to train a stupid tool for lazy idiots to generate a poor imitation of my soul.

I feel really bad seeing all my work being used like this against my will. I know they're fanfics, stories written using already existent characters and universes, but they all have a part of me in them, it was my own particular extention of those worlds and my special way of writing I've developed through the years that represent the way I see the world... I'm so pissed and sad right now. Fuck the people who did this 🤬

Someone made a post in the Cal Kestis tag recently that genuinely bothered me and I feel compelled to post about it.

Plenty of people have disparaged Cal’s character as being “bland” or “boring”, because most people have been conditioned to need obvious bitterness and someone who is straight up jaded in order to think that character is dynamic and interesting. They don’t see that Cal’s kindness and empathy despite what he’s been through is exactly why so many of us find him dynamic and interesting and *different* than most protagonists.

They said he was just a basic copy of Kanan and Ezra, which is such a wild misunderstanding of all of the characters I was kind of blown away.

Kanan was an alcoholic womanizer post Order 66 and refused to consider himself a Jedi until a Padawan was essentially thrown in his lap. And even then he fought it. Cal is the antithesis of that in every way. I love Kanan, and he definitely proved himself to be a true Jedi by his end, but to act like his story mirrors Cal’s is genuinely ludicrous.

Cal’s major weakness at this point in his story seems to be his empathy and trusting nature. He’s incredibly damaged and is essentially bleeding everywhere emotionally (and all too often physically), yet he cannot help but try to be “fine” and help others. Being a Jedi is what he treasures most about himself and what he has always strived for. That is canonically the opposite of Kanan.

The poster also tried to act like people’s love of Cal is proof of patriarchy and white saviorism? Wtf? The majority of people I know in his fandom are LGBTQ. Many of us are bigender, or lesbians, or ace, or just whatever the fuck besides het white men, but pointedly and absolutely not people who uphold that mindset or would ever kowtow to those types of characters. Weirdly insulting, and especially after they admitted they hadn’t even played the games or knew anything beyond a few clips.

Anyway maybe this is a ridiculous post but I’m just tired of people mistaking being earnest and decent for being a slice of wonderbread. Way to accomplish the opposite of what you intended with your disparaging post. Sure, let’s have a bunch more cookie-cutter jerks as the main character, that definitely subverts everything we’ve ever had for male characters in media.

Hot take but:

One thing that makes me mad about DP x DC is when they pair Jazz up with one of the other members of the batfam, but it's one of them that the ages would make sense.

Like it's its Danny x Damien and they have Jazz dating Jason.

Jazz is 2 (TWO) years older than Danny. And I know most people throw away canon but you can't* have Jazz and Danny go to school together and then have them date people with such a huge age difference. At least for me it entirely throws off the vibe of the fic. It becomes all I can think about

This era seems to be the one where they're bringing out all the "Glup Shitto" characters and aliens. There's been Beep the Meep, who was apparently from a comic in 1980 and made some other appearances, Sutekh the Destroyer from the mid-'70s (whose original design was arguably better) and now the midnight entity from the late 2000's. Add to that trigger-happy references to more prominent characters, and I genuinely wonder what goes on in the minds of the lunatics in the writer's room.

I’m really sad about it too. Yven was honestly such a refreshing and hilarious person. And they did! They talked about it a few times and were telling people to stop being weird and people kept calling them emotionless and to “act like a person” even though Yven was super sweet and passionate about the project. And then came the weird flirting (bordering on sexual harassment) asks which they also told people it made them uncomfortable. They also made posts about what asks they were comfortable with and which ones they weren’t which people blatantly ignored 🙄 it was bad. People can be brutal for no reason.
