When are people going to realise that eating disorders are not weight disorders?
You don’t have to be thin / underweight / emaciated to have an eating disorder. 
You can look perfectly ‘healthy’, and have a monster in your mind that is destroying you from the inside.

half avocado / smocked salmon / palm heart / low fat fruit yogurt
(I had soup at lunch and wasn’t feeling like having another one tonight)

Day 3 - thoughts
Today I feel kinda bad. Yesterday I could't help to weigh myself. I didn't do it since the 4-days-in-a-row-binges. It's pretty bad I gained 3 pounds. Shouldn't have get on that thing. I feel very discouraged and I'm wearing the same jeans than a week ago. Except today it feels so small. Really want to cry. It was so difficult for me to get out of bed this morning. But I did it and I went for my 30 minutes run. I was hard but I'm happy I did it. Even if it did not help me feel better in my own skin. So I decided I won't step on the scale before March the 26th. So in 6 days. And I'll go on with intuitive eating during day time and soup for dinner. Also I had a big fight on phone with my BF yesterday night. I don't know if I yelled at him because I felt bad. Maybe. So that's why I need to let go this ED. I can't ruin my couple life. I love him so much. He's so perfect to me.
