If you're already familiar with the life of Pilates method founder Joseph Pilates, I'm sure you'd be bored to read it again.
Still, watching this animated story is entertaining. Not very precise, though, but c'mon, it's a tale :) (If the story is new to you, you can also check it out on Wikipedia of course.)

Well-come!
I am a Pilates instructor, personal trainer, and a long time ago I started blogging - basically about Pilates. I soon had to realize that people are much more interested (yet far less informed) about fitness, sports, healthy lifestyle in general.
Yes, I am an addict. Addicted to my dearest Pilates, addicted to any kind of movement I enjoy, and addicted to typing and typing, writing about the benefits of regular exercise, finding its place in our everyday life. It's not easy I know: we need to find the balance between our limited resources and the subatomic needs of our body :)
Follow me into this fascinating world. I can promise, I'm not like those lousy magazines which seem to treat like some unicellular being (5 best inner thigh exercises at home?! really?!), I'm not like the usual "you-can-do-it" American coach attitude.
Maybe you can. Maybe you can't. But you can find something that you enjoy, even if it isn't 50 pushups in 3 months. The thing is, you HAVE TO FIND SOMETHING to be addicted to. That's the key.
Follow me and one day you'll find it. Or, at least, you'll hear a lot of interesting stuff from me along the way :)

Why me and why this blog?
For years I've been blogging about fitness, healthy lifestyle, our choices, the endless possibilities to find something to be attached to and achieving our goals. I've been fighting fitness myths and wrote educational yet funny posts about our body.
This blog is kinda the summary of my work so far.
