Just a little collage with my new @curvesandcombatboots & @feedmefightme gear!! I can’t wait to get more! I love what both of these companies do for our veterans. We need more companies like them! Go ahead and check them out! You won’t regret it!
These elevated swiss ball core in and outs were super tough. I love new core exercises that can be challenging to me and to clients. If you think you want to give this exercise a try..do it! Incline side bends can be used with weight or no weight. My side kick Tabby decided to use a weight and I didn’t. Whatever you feels good, do it! I love working on the obliques because not only does it feel good stretching them but it helps with toning the abdominals, helps support your spine, and twisting movements from the core become easier. :) This is one of our favorite exercises to do as personal trainers. Go ahead and give this a try!
Performing Jacobs Ladder can be challenging if you don’t know what you’re doing. I’ve done Jacobs Ladder one other time in my life and it was weird getting used to. It’s not a get up and go type piece of equipment. You have to equalize your weight either on the bottom half of the ladder to make it go slower or on the top half to make it go faster. I chose to stay on the bottom just for videos‘ sake! 👌🏼💪🏼 @anytimefitness #personaltrainer #training #traininginsession #jacobsladder #cardiocooldown #fullbodyworkout #backday #coreday
Just going through the basic motion of a clean and jerk. I’m going to be incorporating these in my workouts. It’s a great way to utilize a full body workout! 💪🏼🏋🏼♀️
This hits both the pectoralis major and minor muscle groups!

I used cables for this exercise but you can use dumbbells as well.
Try 3 sets of 10. It’s a killer chest exercise.

Make sure to keep your core right and have a neutral spine throughout the exercise. If this position doesn’t feel comfortable, you can put your dominant foot in the front and your non-dominant foot in the back. Give it a TRY!!! Let me know how it goes!!!
