my clean eating guide ✮⋆˙ (0rtho)
1) protein:
✧ protein is essential for healthy bones and joints (especially during restriction) and will keep you full for longer (I aim for >20% of daily cals from protein or 0.6-1g protein per pound of body weight) ✧ calories in protein sources (per 100g):
2) carbohydrates:
✧ carbs are necessary for brain function and energy (I like to limit them, but I do not suggest cutting them out completely. I suggest completely cutting any processed carbs and sugar) ✧ calories in carbohydrate sources (per 100g):
3) fats:
✧ carbs are essential for organ function and energy as well as hormone production and they keep you full for a long time (however fats are very high in calories so I recommend limiting fats and tracking them carefully) ✧ calories in fat sources (per 100g):
4) general rules I follow:
drinking only water, black coffee or unsweetened tea
no eating after 5pm or before 9am
weigh and track everything (all oils, vegetables etc)
no distractions when eating
at minimum 100g protein per day
no artificial colouring, flavours, chemicals, sweeteners
1200 cal limit per day
5) some 0rtho meal inspo:

“your body reflects your choices”

This is fucked up! I hope everything works out
so lawyer dropped our car wreck case
so now we've been fucked by the other driver hitting us, the cops thinking we'd left the scene, no medical/police help ( I crawled out of a caved in passenger side into oncoming traffic after basically being hit by a jeep on my right. My statement wasn't even on the police report, the mom of the *entirely at fault other driver!!!!* came to harass us at the scene, now the lawyer dropped the case and usaa denied the claim on the other driver.

My only motivation to drop this weight is…
Stop being so damn big. I feel seen every time I step out
Move without being winded
Reclaim my health
Feel great about myself again
Knee health!
Idc about thigh gaps, collar bones etc. when I was younger? Hell yeah. Now as a full functioning adult, no! I need to be able to function, especially after this knee surgery. Idc how the fuck I reach goals it needs to be reached.

TW RANT*
If your whole brand, your whole thing, is “I love my weight,” “I love being plus size,” “This is the happiest and hottest I’ve ever felt,” then I’m sorry, but you don’t get to sit pretty under your TikTok ring light dropping 100 pounds like it’s a plot twist and expect nobody to blink.
You don’t get to build an audience and profit from plus-size women looking to you for representation, for confidence, for community… and then pivot to thinness while preaching self-love like it’s one-size-fits-all.
Yes, all bodies are beautiful. Yes, people are allowed to change. But don’t monetize your identity as the “big sister,” the “body-positive queen,” the “real and raw influencer,” and then act brand new when your audience feels blindsided or abandoned.
And please, the whole “You don’t owe anyone an explanation” line? That hits different when you built your platform explicitly off of being relatable, honest, and for the girls who don’t see themselves anywhere else.
Here’s the thing — I would LOVE if these bigger creators just got on camera and said, “I wanna be skinny.” “I wanna lose weight.” “I want to be a size 2.” Because same, girl. Be for real! There’s nothing wrong with wanting that. There’s nothing wrong with changing your body. But don’t lie to your supporters. Don’t build a platform on radical self-love in a fat body just to secretly be plotting your exit from that same community. And then be shocked when people feel hurt or betrayed in the process.
Because when you move like that, it starts to feel like loving your bigger body was never real to begin with. It starts to feel like it was all just a temporary performance until you got the right brand deal, surgery date, or weight loss plan. And that’s what stings.
I’m not even talking “I wanted to get healthier.” I’m talking about chasing size 2 like your life depends on it. And hey that’s your choice (same as mine like hello from Ana tmblr! But be honest about it. Be transparent like you claim to be. Don’t build a sisterhood off of body love just to leave your sisters behind the second you can fit into a size small.

This is so me…
Tw: insecurities, body talk, whining, venting
I get extra embarassed when I see women who have had a kid or kids that have nice bodies.
Like...wow...you gave birth and you look like that.
I have 0 kids and I look like a melting shitmoji...
I literally have no fucking excuse.
