Midterm work for school. The subject was a Wild West Aladdin group project, and I was in charge of the "Scimitar," but I did also fight with a classmate over designing the genie of the lamp lol, so I helped with a few things like musculature and accessories. We derived a lot of deep south and Central American themes, such as the deserts of Texas and Arizona for the setting, the genie being a hybrid of a bison and horned lizard, Apache tribe weave patterns for the gun strap, and turquoise jewelry for the genie. The reason for the scimitar being a gun was a "Romeo + Juliet" reference.

It was a difficult project where we all learned to scrap our good ideas in favor of unfamiliar ideas. Preparing us for the art industry, I suppose!

I'm closing commissions for the time being. Finishing school will be my main priority. Expect me to open back up once I'm almost through the year!

I just spent 3 hours going through the crazy pokemon leak.. absolutely bonkers stuff. There were some walk / run cycles in the pokemon anime resources and I thought it’d be fun to stitch them together!!

We've made it to the end. And I needed to end it with the littlest bit of blood and spooks. And well, Jack Stauber did make that one animation of a haunted pumpkin.

The lights are out, your teeth are falling, you're feeling dizzy, you might die shortly after this pumpkin song ends!

I've seen a few charts to gauge how well you can visualize an apple. For me it tends to vary. I usually have to be really tired to visualize something vividly. Which tends to be what happens at school.

Took a break from drawing for a week, so the last of this months challenge was done in the span of three days.

As for this one, it's Savant Ascent :) I do like the game for its music and 1000-hit combo dance.
