“They say the best lies are half-true. Looks like they were right, no?” A cat-like grin stretched its way across her face, a symbol of victory and mischief alike. Truth be told, she hadn’t been sure the other woman would fall for her trap - she wasn’t an easy one to trick, and Sombra had known that from the beginning. But she’d gotten lucky, it seemed. “After all, you fell for it hook, line, and sinker, didn’t you?”

Honestly, she probably could have done this without all the hassle that came with setting up an elaborate trap for a trained mercenary, but where was the fun in that? And besides, information was always best when it came straight from the source.

    ❛ Well. You’re not wrong on either account. When you couple it with a rampant curiosity, it makes for an easy win. Unfortunately for me. Or fortunate, depending on how I want to look at it. Which does leave me to pose the query. Now that you’ve succeeded, what is it that you want exactly? ❜

     Casey ( or rather, Cassiel as she paraded around now; a name she needed to remember to go by ) knew enough from Blackwatch training to play it carefully when she was caught and cornered. Although, she hardly sensed much danger at the moment. Her first assumption was that this was an elaborate way to grab her attention so she’d do some sort of a job. That was usually how freelance worked ( as far ash she delved into it ). So it was that she’s flashed her own grin toward the other woman, arms crossed against her chest, one eyebrow raised up in a quizzical and mildly sarcastic manner.

Though this is their first meeting, there’s a positive tone in her voice as she speaks. The crystals hum lightly against the dull armour as the conversation runs on, fingers tapping her toes as the bot rests in a bound angle pose.

    ❛ Er... I wasn’t directing it at you as a performance there, bud. And I hate to be the one to have to break it to ya, as if there's anyone else here that would but I digress; I don’t really do pro bono anything for strangers, dig? ❜

     This was one of the oddest occurrences the mercenary has been placed into. She’d been more or less muttering it under her breath in relation to the bar she was sitting in. She’d never meant to gain someones full attention, much less get them to ask her to do more. For free.
