mascot horror game idea

there’s this theme park or whatever and there’s mascot costumes roaming around

there’s been a ton of disappearances and deaths of both staff and guests, and some people chalk it up to “the mascots are ghost haunted like FNAF and/or biological experiments like poppy playtime and they’re killing people”

the real problem is that the rides and workplace are just insanely non-osha compliant and not safe for guests. nothings actually killing anybody except for capitalism because the owners don’t wanna pay to make stuff safer

Im really unsure if i should talk about this here or my fictionfolk experience sideblog ( @flesh-n-wire ) but im gonna put it here and just reblog it there i suppose.

Long ramble below.

I think im a dolphin/cetacean, no im a cryptid fae thing, im springtrap, a werewolf!, these are the things ive been constantly questioning lately. (besides springtrap, i know we are.)

The weird thing is, i dont think its plural related. I know folks with a ton of alterhuman identities are a thing, but i have this problem where i need to be this perfect 2 dimensional identity or i will get upset. I cant figure out why, possibly my ocd or autism, or something else going on in my brain.

The thing is, i know we gotta be something other then human, atleast in some way, collectively, springtrap seems like the most easy answer, but even then we dont feel like him all the time.

Cetaceans, when I first saw them roaming on tumblr, i felt something, but im not exactly sure if i am one, the feeling i get around them is distinctly different from most, though i did get this one shift(?) Where my "hands" felt like flippers/fins, i couldnt see them, but they didnt feel like phantoms cause my phantom shifts dont really hurt or make it hard for me to do things. So thats a lead i guess

Werewolves/other canines and similar creatures, mainly a mental(?) thing. I think, usually i become one on the full moon but it can be there when it isnt close to then aswell.

Fae, cryptids, hell even alternates from mandela catalogue, i just have this weird theme of being somewhat paranormal/magical related, i cant figure out why, if you count this theres also the angels, which I thought I was one.

I've had alot of dreams, related to different identities. Dreams where i was a angel loosing my wings, dreams where i was turning into a werewolf, dreams where i was my fictotypes, but most of these seem to be memories?? from a past life possibly???

Sometimes I feel more human aligned then i do nonhuman. And thags okay, yes.

Why is it so hard to see myself swimming without legs in the water, i used to be able to when i was little. (Cetacean/or mermaid who knows)

Whats weird is every single one of these things i mentioned, theres a connection to them and childhood me, execpt for the cryptid/fae/alternate. Which makes sense as i was a easily scared child and suffer from multiple paranoia related disorders, but that one seems to be really close.

Could alot of what im talking about be called a delusion, yea sure, but I dont really feel comfortable calling them that all the time, only sometimes.

i just wanna be swimming right now, but I also wanna be horrifying and unnerving when im out of water, among other things I already mentioned.

I tend to struggle to directly remember things from when I wasn't in this vessel and have to guess what happened or just not have a idea at all

But 2 days ago I remembered driving in my car. Im not sure if its exactly when I think it was but I know I had done something not very great.

it could be a collective kin(or adjacent) identity? like how some systems have a collective gender or sexuality. i heard of allosexual headmates becoming asexual only when in front. so it could be similar to that but with an alterhuman twist?

I've been having some weird plural experiences, I feel like a wolf or dolphin and not W A, or springtrap sometimes, but there isn't really another headmate there? And it's affecting all our members. These could technically be considered alters in a subsys but im more certain that they arent subsys hosting alters due to the way they present and more so what ill be calling "modifiers"

Its technically a polymind thing?? But im not sure about that either.

Basically, modifiers don't function like subsystems and affect whoever is fronting in sys when active, and therefore all members are affected by the current modifier, if they are fronting (i havent checked headspace)

so we are always William but sometimes the connection just isn't there, and when the right modifier is active we have more clarity on that part of us, and when another is active we have more clarity on whatever that modifier covers

So far we don't remember any details of what is featured in the new fnaf game but damnn we don't remember our own actions we just know we did them.

Anyway I love the game so far (dawko has a early access playthrough) but im not gonna spoil anything

So I had a horrible nightmare last night

Usually these things occur in daydreams, when I am awake, and in control, but she tried something different, a real dream.

I dont know why she keeps doing this to me when im not even in a body of my own anymore, in a new vessel, a vessel where I was raised entirely differently and have grown up to be a different person then I was before.

It feels awful, I can't even say how I feel or she'll take it the wrong way and assume im going to hurt someone.

I just want to be left alone and feel at home again.

I feel more aware, a sense of clarity, this the most connected to the original form and vessel weve felt in AGES. I feel as though i should be fearful, for what i did, and while i have no ill intention, i am not afraid. And yet i dont remember my actions, i just know. I also have headache, strangely enough. And the only thing i fear is her. I do believe that this vessel should be referred to by its handlers name, dont you? So why not call me William? am i too close to the past, no?
