Anyway, here is my best friend. He is so beautiful. He is the one person I can trust. We might have kissed a few times in this novel, like all good friends do. Did I mention how beautiful he is in this feminine way? It takes my breath away.

i love the part of crime and punishment where raskolnikov is suffering from guilt-induced fever for several reasons but mainly because it occasionally plays out like a black comedy. he is lying there delirious wallowing in psychological hell after having committed a brutal axe murder meanwhile his friends are sitting around constantly going "did you guys hear about the axe murder? yeah crazy shit right"

Why did Harry have to pile his opinions on Dorian. Why couldn’t he have left him be. Why did he have to make Dorian go corrupt. Why didn’t Dorian listen to Basil when the older had told him not to listen to Harry.

I loved Dorian when he was first introduced. He was so innocent that I just wanted him to be happy and cherished. But Harry looked upon Dorian as an interesting subject that he could ‘teach’ the ways of life when Harry himself doesn’t have much to say. Basil could see through Harry, he knew that Henry himself didn’t believe what he thought and projected, so why did he have to force his false believes upon Dorian. He should of left Dorian to Basil. He knew that Basil cherished the younger and saw him as pure art.

Dorian was clueless and pure, he saw life as something simple cause he had it all. Why couldn’t he have learned his own way, why did Harry have to get involved. I just wanted for Basil and Chapter 2 Dorian to be happy.
