I only start typing on here when I’m faded at this point but sometimes there’s a relevant diamond in the rough that I don’t want to forget. I have a collection of poems written for a single person. She’s seen nearly all of them. They span almost the entirety of our relationship, you can watch the rise and fall, the maybe’s with hope, the resignation of acceptance. I have never once felt the urge to write poetry after her. Whys that

Just went through my whole camera roll selecting all my work photos bc in June I’m buying the company I currently work for, and we don’t have an ig. Found out yesterday my boss doesn’t advertise? Most of our work is word of mouth or website submissions? Crazy. Anyway, going through all my photo from 2014- now was wild bc so much has happened between now and then, both good and straight detrimental time periods, but here I am, on a Friday, at the local across the street from my work, happy. Life u know, can’t have the good w/o the bad etc.
