So basically alcia works at the hospital (organ donation) and works as a doctor that basically keeps all organs in jars or those little box things to keep the organ cooled and more intact. She has multiple small weapons but has a bonesaw as her usual weapon.

She knows how to fly, but is also unable to because of minor injury in one of her wings (HTTYD mention/J)

She knew about the smiling dead gang and their butcher shop because of some rumours and such but paid no mind to it cause, it's not her business, why should she know..? And Jack went there before and that's kind of why she knows who jack was, and which they have talked multiple times but only about organs and stuff..

She has seen multiple people with "health" records but never Mel..I wonder.

(I also low-key ship her with Jack..🙏😛)
