How are you spending the weekend?

I do not view the HM/SoS protags as being related in any way for the most part but there are some who I absolutely CANNOT not see them as related:

1) Kasey and Molly, Kasey is the older brother and is annoying about it. they both used 2 be really popular growing up and it shows. kind of a bummer to hang out with them because they’re really close so you’re third-wheeling the two hottest and most fun siblings in the city who are just recounting every funny childhood memory and inside joke and there’s no way you can edge into it. a wall immediately goes up. when they’re alone they’re approachable but when they’re together a force field goes up. also Kevin is their annoying younger cousin who they both dislike because he’s like very normal and very well-behaved and their mom used to be like WHY CAN’T YOU BEHAVE LIKE YOUR COUSIN KEVIN. they have a chat thread between just the two of them where they talk about people who bother them but no one’s ever seen it so no one knows who they talk about exactly... could be u...

2) Pete and Yuuto, Pete is the older brother and is completely insufferable about it. he became a farmer solely because he had no money and grandpa left it for him so he was like well i don’t have anything better to do. meanwhile Yuuto is a farmer because he genuinely loves it but Pete accuses him of copying since Yuuto wanted to do everything Pete did when they were kids and Yuuto is like CAN I PLEASE HAVE ONE THING WITHOUT YOU. THANKS. Pete used to make fun of Yuuto and Yuuto used to think he was the coolest thing in the world but now they’re both very competitive with one another which is unusual for Yuuto, because he was an incredible pushover growing up

3) Lillian and Phillip, Lillian is the older sister and they’re both a little horrible because they’re frankly extremely boring and mild people. like there is no flavor, no charisma, nothing. but then one of them will offhandedly mention when they used to be a sky-diving instructor or a rescue helicopter pilot or a tornado chaser or a private detective and caught the city’s most notorious jewel thief and you’re like COME AGAIN... like they’re both crazily boring people who lived crazily intense and wild lives before they became farmers
