— the lamest of introductions

HELLO EVERYONE!! i’m brennen, he/him or they/them, pst. i’m just ur average transboy with schizophrenia! “omg brennen why are u talking about ur schizophrenia?!” WELL, dear friend, i think everyone should know because sometimes my replies will be scattered all over the place. having schizophrenia makes me have scattered speech & sometimes thats translates to my typing skills. my replies might be like “gio loved the beach, he crashed into a pasta stand and got ice cream.” it makes sense to me, but not other people. ANYWAY!! if you’re interested, under the cut are some quick facts about giovanni caivano. like this if you wanna plot!

BACKGROUND

gio was born to 2 unknown parents in 1997.

he was abandoned at a church with a note attached, saying he had been born earlier that night and the parents couldn’t take care of him.

he was found by a priest who took him to an orphanage.

he stayed at the orphanage until he was three years old.

that’s when two italians who couldn’t have kids adopted him.

gio grew up not really talking about his past, which caused him to have a void in his life.

he didn’t look like the other kids at his school & he was bullied often.

he channeled the anger and the feelings into writing poems & eventually raps.

as he grew up, he became more curious about where he came from. he knew he was korean, but he didn’t know anything about korea.

so he researched & found kpop.

he got into it and decided to apply online to gold star.

he got accepted, but after he started training he found he was more passionate about dance than anything else.

so, he trained mainly dancing.

he was put on who’s next: origin story on team b.

his parents flew out to korea and watched him all the way through the show.

he eventually lost, but went viral after video footage of him being close to his parents was leaked.

fans found his story interesting and also heartbreaking, but they loved him even more.

after becoming famous, people have reached out saying that they’re his biological parents, but he doesn’t want to meet his biological parents.

he hates them so much for abandoning him.

PERSONALITY

gio is very hyper for having such a rough past.

he’s always happy & very charasmatic.

he tends to be the life of the party & always wants to be the center of attention.

however, he’s pretty sensitive and easily bored.

he avoids all problems he has because he’d rather not deal with them. 

FUNFACTS

gio is very very very bad at korean

he’s extremely ticklish

he stills sleeps with a security blanket named “soffice” *fluffy in italian

he’s really tall

he can speak fluent english as well as italian (obviously)

gio sneezes a lot when he’s tired

he has his drivers license, but failed over five times before passing

he’s obsessed with halsey and hayley kiyoko

he can’t eat sour things

he prefers night over day

he can light matches on his teeth

Whoa, is that GIOVANNI CAIVANO? I love him! You might know him as GIO. He’s the MAKNAE AND MAIN DANCER of IMPULSE, and he’s a ‘97 LINER! He’s one of my favorites under GOLD STAR MEDIA. Don’t you think he looks a little like BANG CHAN?
