This video shows the process of creating fake money for movies, and how they need to make sure the fake money is clearly fake so people don't try to use it as real money. Sometimes they will use real money for close up shots.

ISS PROPS

This video shows 'ISS PROPS" warehouse, this is a really cool video as they have so many props inside from many different period in time and styles. A interesting part is they made fake money for the film Rush Hour 2, and it was so realistic the extras tried to steal the money and use it, which didn't work and they got a cease and desist from the secret service, which caused them to change it to make it look more fake.

This video shows prop maker Ross MacDonald. It tells us that he has spent the last 25 years in prop making, mostly with paper props. Seen in countless movies, each prop is hand-made and hand-written, it shows how the props are aged, cut and copywritten. Its a good video to watch if you are interested in paper props.

This video shows the process of what goes into making a prop, from getting the idea, researching about the prop. researching what its for and how it needs to look, and then getting in the workshop and creating it, it talks of how a props life span is from the workshop till the end of what its needed for.
