Tfw you drink so much water you deconstipate yourself, ugh. Traveling always makes me constipated + throws my water intake off. Need a hydroflask asap.

And need to get my lipid levels down + kidney dehydrated- I’m pretty sure that’s one of the hormone regulation systems. Can’t let that be lost on me!
