Foolish Radiant is inspired by QWER's song, "My Name Is Malgeum". The song is about staying positive and bright, like a sunny day, even when you have strong feelings for someone close to you.

"Malgeum" means sunny weather, and the song uses it to describe both the weather and the person's bright personality. Foolish Radiant is a place for people who've been hurt by hiding their feelings and being rejected by someone they loved that is also a friend.

Only 1 account per person is allowed; no twins are allowed unless your muse has one in real life.

We accept ALL-STARS characters born around 2000-2009 and we accept non-boycott characters, as long as you are not promoting Zionist products.

Your activity is judged based on the number of tweets per day. You are obligated to reach 60 tweets after the verification day and 35 tweets on the daily until the last day.

It is important to engage in real-time conversation and bond with other members. We will be monitoring, so please be active, as you are responsible for meeting these obligations.

Any form of circle interactions, drama, or sharing of personal information and stuffs (e.g cyber account, plato, spotify, etc) during the operation days is strictly prohibited. Additionally, as we are a closed agency, interactions with outsiders are not allowed.

You may change your face claim 2 days after verification, but you are only allowed to change it ONCE. The time will be announced later on.

Our activities will run for 7 days, so you are obligated to participate in our activity session (e.g games, missions, etc). If you can't do so, please do inform us beforehand. Same goes with anything to do with your personal account (e.g suspended, limited, ghost-banned), you can reach us out anytime by The Ceruleans or Main Base.

Being inactive for 24 hours without any permissions, failure to meet daily tweet requirements, or continually breaking the rules may result in being unverified. So, please consider your slot carefully.
