Magic Flask

Quick concept drawing and -model of an idea I had: What if magic spells were inbued into small clockwork flasks? The user winds up the spring and the mechanism starts ticking, releasing the spell after a set amount of time.

The Bastards

I started this after finishing Locke’s and Jean’s adventure last year. Finally whipped myself back to photoshop to polish it up a bit, based on good critique I got from a mate. It’s not finished but I know myself well enough that it never will be.

Really inspired by the Apex/Titanfall aesthetic lately. Doodled this over three non-consecutive days with no planning for a change. Had fun playing with the brush pen again after several years.

While watching The Order I sketched up a quick lumos wand based on a pen light as a parts donor. Descriptions in finnish but I hope the drawing should be self-explanatory.

Steampowered Torpedo Boat wip

A personal project I am working on, this is a steampowered torpedo boat loosely based on the Defender class spar torpedo boats of the New Zealand navy. I replaced the spar with a tube and used a bunch of other vessels for further inspiration.

I am nearing the completion of the modeling phase and have begun the unwrap. Comments and critiques are welcomed but I will probably not go back and change major things at this stage.

Facility at World’s End

I wanted to explore this idea I had of a terraced river and a city built around an ancient facility hanging over the edge of the world.

Went straight for colours, which, while good for practice made this quite challenging for me. I’m still not super happy with it and all the houses are missing but I think I’ll let this sit for a while.
