This was so stupid that I had to complain about it somehow, somewhere. The OP's marks are the scribbles overtop the portraits, and their legend for the colours is in the tweet.
I tried to organise my thoughts, but alas, I have ADHD. I hope you can still follow them OTL.
To be clear, I do not think it would be bad for literally any character in DBD to be LGBT. It's simply a matter of context. If...let's say... Gabe, Adam, AND David were all gay, I do not think there'd be any harm in making Doctor canonically gay.
It is also for that reason that I understand why BHVR wouldn't outright describe Hux as trans, despite his clear trans-coding. Orela had not yet been added to the game, and there still are no original trans male characters. I personally have never found Hux to be offensive as a representation of trans masculinity, as his transness actually offers meaningful commentary on what masculinity under an oppressive, authoritarian, hyper-capitalist society can look like. But given what we saw transpire with another killer who is not in any way a trans allegory... I feel as though it would be difficult to get many cis people to think critically about what Hux actually represents. And OP is a perfect example of that problem.
I suppose all I can say is that I just hope that we do not need to wait ages for another canonically LGBT character...

well, I am certainly disappointed, and a bit discouraged, that we are not allowed to submit hux designs for this cosmetic contest...it's not as though he has all that many cosmetics...
I get barring the dredge, it has a lot of (good) cosmetics. I get barring the unknown, because they have a sable effect, but for the unsurprisingly large group of people who fit in the overlap between monsterfucker and tumblr sexyman-fucker.
but hux? come on...he's not that popular. he could use some more love. PG love, in this case, as BHVR has hilariously now specified no oversexualised cosmetics and I have to wonder who submitted what for them to say that... I'm so sorry, sable.
I hope the dev team is cooking up some really good cosmetic of their own for him...the next chaos shuffle will apparently be waterfront massacre themed, so PLEASE!! PLEASE!!!! I AM BEGGING YOU!!! I love aquatic themed killer cosmetics, and hux would look SO sexy as some sort of deep sea terror...
but I guess I am now torn between designing something for another original killer...or submitting a design for gabriel. I feel as though my killer art is better, but if I cannot win with hux, then it only makes sense to choose gabe.

#I don't care that hard about the actual character of springtrap#I was just never a big fnaf person. my interest was mostly in the banger fanart/fan music#so this is probably the only springtrap fanart I will do for the foreseeable future#that being said. no matter how tired I was making this. I am actually quite pleased with how it turned out.#my favourite part is easily the saw blades :)#but that should not come as a surprise. as I am very openly Not Normal about saws.

I've literally only had one negative experience with a gabe player.
