To anon - hey yo, don't worry about the accidentally suggestion on the j3 google doc. I'm able to reject/accept those no problem and you're def not the first person to accidentally do it.

I keep meaning to look into how to change the default mode from 'suggesting' to 'viewing' bc its really easy to accidentally type and do a suggestion

It was also amazing to see all the Bill art people submitted for this and it was an absolute treat (and with some discussion about cringe culture that was really good to hear you know)

The Bill Cipher Smash or Pass

I've probably worked harder on this video than any video so far. I'll likely reblog this later tagging artists but I gotta figure out the logistics of that because there were over 100 Bill Cipher submissions (check the link in the video description for all the non- anonymous artists).

By the way - I'm gonna wind up posting this with whatever i write/post next

but i do wanna sincerely thank all the people that have left comments on my fics during 2023 while i was inactive as a whole.

i don't think i replied to a single comment in 2023 but i read all of them and there were a good few that when i got them really meant a lot to me and reminded me why i liked writing

some of 2023 was... busy, but my emotional state was also, in retrospect, deeply entrenched in letting go of a friendship with someone who had been one of my (2) best friends irl, who had been my longest standing friendship

i don't... generally give personal details on this blog, but i wanted to express at least part of the comfort that the community has been for me

which there's other comforts i've gotten from the fandom - but i wanted to call out the comments specifically

because in 2023 outside of my 4 friends who i talked to on discord (holla)... there were several weeks where i just Straight Up was not on tumblr or discord servers and the only online interaction i got was from my ao3 comment emails

You know that phenomenon with light traveling through space, and how basically when we're looking at the night sky the stars we're seeing aren't how the stars actually currently look. It's how they looked years and years ago, and because of how much time light travel takes across that much space, that's how far back we're seeing.

So anyway I'm in a different dimension and that doc already definitely exists and is just taking a really long time to get to your end!

Nah, but oooh thank you for the reminder actually. This would be a really good project to finish before the Book of Bill releases. Especially for whatever we might get in that book...
