jordan and nina broke up. jordan told me this morning when he got to work and i'm assuming from what he said before i left that she broke up with him. it just makes me sad because they've been together for about two years and he was with her through a lot of shit she went through. i can't imagine that anything either of them did could have catalyzed this, so i assume that something happened to nina and she couldn't handle a relationship anymore, but it makes me very sad.

felix is such a good friend, we rarely talk but when we do, even though it's small talk it's also not. like i mentioned that i had just been happy recently and she was like "what are three things that have happened lately that have made you happy?"

i'm just glad that despite the gaps in our conversations, i still have her as a friend because of how impactful she was to me before i was confident.

I spent the hour before we opened mostly talking to Sharon and Quinn even though I had stuff I needed to do. Sharon told me she applied for the in-home job that Richard does and she'll probably get it, considering that she's got supervisor experience. It makes sense, she's been talking about how burnt out she's been with in-store interactions and it would be a lot more flexible for her with her daughter's baby coming soon. I'm kind of wondering about applying for her spot if she does leave, but I'm not sure I want that level of responsibility. My favorite part about my job is not worrying about it when I get home and I like having Skyler as a boss. I don't want to sell, but I like the idea of fixing customer service because it's a mess and being involved in the hiring process. Other than that, work went pretty smoothly and I was in a good mood even though the first half was kinda busy. I came home and watched Business Proposal with Savannah and then an episode of Devilman Crybaby with Carolina. I wanna play Genshin or do something else, but I'm tired so I might take a nap first.

went to work at 10 and worked with ryan, dillion, and skyler today. this couple i had worked with earlier in the week came in and i had picked out an ssd that was too small for their needs bc i didn't check the size of their old one. i think i avoided a detractor because i gave them $60 off the new one (probably shouldn't have but they said they bought a program and weren't sure if they could put it on the new one so i felt bad, plus they were so agreeable abt spending way more for the bigger ssd) on the way home from work i read through this entire e-diary and it made me kinda sad but also happy. i am the exact person i wanted to be 2 years ago. i work full time at best buy and have a much better relationship with my coworkers. made plans with val to play elden ring but i forgot :/ instead i watched the new 2521 episode with savannah and we got subway. sobbed over jiwoong driving. it's 9:43 so i think i'm gonna go to bed early.

+ us watching a movie together before we confessed was, in fact, considered a date by both of us but we were too scared to ask abt it + we literally exposed ourselves with so many things we had talked abt with each other + i accidentally fell asleep on call with them + they sent me so many messages when i took a nap after getting home from work today and it was so pleasant + we had another date tonight where we watched another movie and are still talking but i must rest soon
