We have learned that the destruction of Continuance Consolidated’s building in NYC has opened several portals across the country and the world too. So far, these portals have presented as small, mostly translucent and water-like areas that can be hard to see. Be advised of the attached list of known locations.

If you come across an area that may hold a portal, DO NOT approach it. Instead report it to your superiors for further instruction.

A few people have already been identified as having come through these portals. The other world or dimension appears to be one ravaged by the destroyed Shanti Virus.

If you encounter anyone that has come through a portal, whether it is known or not, the MANDATORY PROTOCOL is to bring them to Fortis. They must be isolated and tested for the highly contagious Shanti Virus before any further assessments can be made. You will also be subject to isolation and monitoring for this period of time, for your own safety.

Our collective goal is to find any more portals that may have been created, and we must work towards finding a way to close them as soon as possible.

Last night, there was an incident at the Fortis & Fortis Research Center building located on the Petrelli campus. A dangerous empath by the name of Lucas Fallerman attacked several people, including Claire Bennet, Mr. Petrelli, and Mr. Bennet. He was deranged with an idea of revenge and fortunately did not succeed in his goals.

Lucas Fallerman has been subdued, and is isolated for proper interrogation. It is suspected that he may have a connection to a group against Fortis, or possibly even a connection to Continuance Consolidated. We urge everyone to remain on high-alert until the situation and potential threats have been assessed fully.
