I remember seeing the promotional poster for this film in the video store each week when I'd go to the horror section to rent a movie. Sadly, my local movie store closed down before I ever got a chance to see this as a kid. One of my hobby related goals for 2023 was to branch out and watch more obscure/cult horror movies instead of re-watching the same franchises over and over. Today, I finally bit the bullet and watched the film (in its uncut international glory) via the low quality Spanish blu-ray release as the only US release is OOP. I was pleasantly surprised about how much I truly loved this film from the first viewing. It was so unique and I regret not seeing this sooner. This is definitely going on my want list for my VHS collection!
