Friends, I like sanding. Friends... I LOVE sanding.

I love 400 grit. I love 800 grit. I love 1000 grit. I love 2000 grit.

I love sponges. I love sticks. I love adhesive sheets. I love glass files. I love buffing cloths.

On flat pieces, on curved pieces, on small pieces, on chest pieces, on leg pieces, on head pieces, on undergated pieces, on chrome plated pieces, on dark pieces.

I cherish each and every nub that can be sanded on this earth.

I love the crunch the paper makes as it disintegrates the nub mark. My heart dances when the plastic dust of stress marks are hurled into the air from a cleaning brush. I love it when a higher grit sandpaper grinds the previous grit's scratches. It left a warm feeling in my chest when the part slowly returns to its original color, only for a single scratch to show up at the end.

I can hardly contain myself, thinking of using a sanding sponge to reach an awkwardly curved area on a main skirt piece. And it is superb when a piece is flat and small enough, for my DSPIAE file to grind.

I LOVE sanding.

to be honest there has never been a fictional character i’ve actually wanted to date. like. i want them to date each other. i don’t want myself as a person to be involved in this scenario whatsoever. what would i add to this narratively? what’s my thematic purpose in the narrative? immersion breaking.
