Thank you! The collars are a 1:1 mix of Green Stuff and Milliput. I make sure it’s fully mixed and apply it in a small strip across the collar. I use standard clay sculpting tools to make the gemstone impressions, making sure to keep the tools slightly wet with water to help the clay avoid sticking to the tools. It was difficult for the first couple skellies, but once I got used to it, it went by pretty quick!
