A Final Plea from the Heart of Hell: Save Us Before Hope Dies ππ₯
Hi, I'm Hani π€
I am Hani, a 26-year-old young man from Gaza. I no longer have anything but words, written by a trembling hand βοΈ. The war didnβt just destroy our lives; it took everything from us. Our home, the refuge that once sheltered us, is now a pile of rubble ποΈ. My car, my only source of livelihood, was destroyed in a sudden strike π, and the work that once sustained us is now a distant memory πΌ.
My little brother, seven years old, is dying of fear. His eyes never stop crying π’. Every morning, with a voice choked by tears, he asks me: "When will we go back to our home?" But I have no answer. Every look in his eyes ποΈ, every tear that falls from them π§, crushes my heart π. How can I explain to him that the hope which once was our lifeline has now turned into nothing but a mirage?
Every day we live brings us one step closer to the end. Death surrounds us from every side: if not from hunger π½οΈ, then from illness π¦ . And if not from illness, then from the despair that devours our souls.
Where is Humanity? Where is the World? ππ
Where are the people of compassion? Are you waiting for us to vanish into the depths of this suffering? Are you waiting until death takes us before you act? We are drowning, and we donβt have enough strength to scream for help π. Will you let this cry go unanswered? π
Your donation today is our last thread of hope. Thanks to a few people, I was able to buy a simple phone π± to reach out to you, but the bitter truth is that what I and my family need is much greater. We are not asking for much; just enough to save our lives from this hell π₯. Every donation, no matter how small, could be the difference between life and death for us π.
Donβt Let Us Disappear in the Darkness of Suffering π
Donβt let our story end here. Be the light that guides us to salvation π―οΈβ¨.
With every tear, with every pain, I write this final plea to you,Β
Almost 200 killed and over 700 injured today after Israelβs attacks in Lebanon. Nearly 400 air strikes in only a few hours with more expected to come.
nobody has been able to go to school since october 7 2023
while we've all begun the fall semester, children in gaza are entering their second school year in horrific conditions. western news media worries, patronizingly, that they might be "behind", but its more than that. going back to school is about participating in "normal" life. the things settlers get to do. the things gazans have been denied because of what side of the border they were born on. the opportunity to study. learn alongside their peers. use their minds for things other than worrying if a bomb will drop on their heads or if they will ever see the inside of a house again. or if their father will ever get out of the enormous debt he went into for their survival.
to gazan children, going back to school means getting a chance to be a human being.
my friend siraj is now trying to get his children enrolled in school again. he needs at least $600 CAD by the end of the day today.

My name is Osama Abdel Salam Al-Qarnawi, I am from Gaza, an area that was devastated by the recent war. Amidst the ruins of our home, along with my brothers Hussam and Abu Abdel Salam, I feel the need to share our plight.
Our once thriving community has been reduced to rubble, with most homes, including ours, reduced to rubble. Among the rubble are people from my family who have been lost, as well as our food shop, which was our livelihood.
My family and I are struggling with the aftermath, and looking for support to rebuild our shattered lives.
We are appealing to compassionate individuals and organizations around the world to help. Your contributions will help us not only restore our homes but also restore our livelihoods, which includes rebuilding our grocery store.
The funds raised will be carefully allocated to rebuilding our home and restoring the store to operational capacity. We pledge transparency in our endeavors, ensuring that every donation is directed towards the intended purpose.
Please help us to help those in need, and save my family from this devastating war, including ourselves and others affected by this devastating conflict.
Your support will not only help us restore our livelihoods, but will also help revive hope and resilience in children and the ability to endure in our war-torn community. We humbly appeal for your generosity to help us rebuild our lives from the ashes of destruction. πππ’ π΅πΈπ
