Re-designed another oooold fantroll of mine.

This is Aerroh Strata, an Indigo blood with Leucism. Leucism is similar to albinism (you've probably seen it before) in that it's a mutation that causes animals to have white or very light fur, scales, etc. It's not the same as true Albism as Aerroh's hair would've been white and he would've been even paler. I don't think either mutation would affect blood color pigmentation either but those are just headcanons. Aerroh's also the trophy husband of the Grand Highblood.
