I’m nearly 23 and still sitting on my bedroom floor screaming and crying covered in blood I can’t cope anymore

On nye I took like 15+ pills (everything I had) after downing a shit tonne of vodka. I would have done more if I had them. I’m fucking stupid. But I was drunk. I don’t want to die. I just hate myself. And I wanted someone to know. It was stupid. I needed to vent this.

It's been 2 years since I was in a manipulative relationship full of lies and I still can't get over it :( at one point I would be fine if suspected my boyfriend to be off his face on coke or heroin or speed and he was lying to my face (I have no issue with drug taking, just lies and manipulativeness and sometimes it's got us into really dangerous situations) but now even the thought of it makes me obscenely anxious and I don't even know why
