Okay so I have a bunch of dragon pages open on my phone from when I see them on the front page and think theyre pretty but don't have the spoons to say anything. Would it be weird to give an "i saw ___ on the front page, theyre very pretty" compliment like months after it actually happened.

Honestly it feels like theres some sort of beef happening in the gene drawing room. Like silly but it feels like someone drew the genes and now theres a personal vendetta and the redraws are actually attempts at revenge.

Not surprised to see posts commenting on criticisms of the speed of ancient releases with “this is what you wanted, why are you complaining now” and I think there’s a pretty big difference with the discussions of the five year difference between the most recent modern breeds and the current discussion about ancients.

The pattern on the auraboas wing genes is (as other people have pointed out) a stylistic decision more than it is a smaller “gene error”. This is the kind of decision that should be made during development, before finalizing the genes, and certainly before the release of the breed. In short, it looks like the breed was released unfinished. Auraboa genes aren’t isolated examples, either. We have other examples with other breeds, enough to cause concern.

Also, I think it’s worth mentioning that when ancients were first released, there was about a year between each release. We had three breeds released in 2023. That’s a pretty sizable increase in rate, and it’s not unreasonable to comment on it.

The players don’t have the information to speculate on why this keeps happening, but it’s pretty clear that there is an issue with breeds being released and then needing these big corrections that would make sense to have happened well before they were finalized. I don’t think it’s “whining” or “complaining about getting what you asked for” to notice that.

Stupidly impulsive scatter(s)(7) turned out pretty well actually, no more struggling to make Balurinn fit in tab 1.

Shame that the horns are lost but I can reason that away in her design (plus I realized I don't actually like that apparel item that much anyway ghdfjdk)

Methinks I am going to make my fr stuff a sideblog of my normal tumblr (it is detrimental being separate. detrimental to me. I can't check on my notifications for both tumblrs at once and I'm bothered.)

OR i'll just move to posting fr stuff over on the usual one but that's more iffy. I know I'd like it more but idk what the general consensus is with fr blogs and following blogs that post non-fr stuff as well.
