romanticise your body
your trans body
your disabled body
your fat body
everything about yourself that you've been told to hate
love yourself in spite of it
the way you exist is amazing

hot take possibly? but i actually think it’s okay for things to be marketed for adults. it’s literally okay if things aren’t suitable for children. i feel like we are losing the plot

does anyone still use Tumblr as a place to genuinely just barf out their thoughts and feelings and deepest darkest secrets in hopes that they'll find like minded people because that's what I feel like I need in my life I just need a place to be anonymously horny and freaky and deviant and maybe meet a friend or two
#real life sucks I need a safe space#I feel safest around other freaky queers so if that's you please hit me up I am bored and sad#fat girls#queer

People say “phase” like impermanence means insignificance. Show me a permanent state of the self.

I don't know who needs to hear this but being mean to fat people actually makes them fatter. This is a documented scientific fact. So if your concern really is for people's 'health,' the best approach is to treat them with kindness. Treat them like they're, you know, people.

But being obese or overweight IS bad for your health, your heart and bones and if you can’t go up a flight of stairs -what’s the point, you people don’t listen.
"You people."
Thank you so much for proving my point. You perceive me as unhealthy because of the size of my body and decide to go ahead and make a corresponding moral judgement. I can go up a flight of stairs. I can hike and swim for hours. I go for walks every day. I've grown and birthed whole humans from my body. None of these things make me morally superior to people whose bodies don't allow them the same experiences. You are not better than me because your body doesn't collect fat the same way mine does. Your perception of the health status of my body does not give you any kind of moral high ground. It actually makes you ableist and cruel.
