yes, all over

no, and I've never heard of this happening?
asking because in the winter when I go outside I get REALLY itchy due to the cold. its usually my arms and legs that get most affected. its insufferable and only happens due to very cold air. cold water can also sometimes have the same affect, but its usually not nearly as bad, probably cause water can only be so cold before it freezes.
