Magnolia

Magnolia inspired bedroom set including 11 new meshes and swatches. All base game compatible and mid to high poly.

I really liked the floral prints, the textured fabrics and the worn woods.

The pieces are rather rustic/farmhouse, but I feel they would be great paired with other styles as well. The colors are rather muted and you will get some nice variants for each piece.

Happy Stairways set

This new set is all about the space under the staircase ! With this new pack, you'll get two new staircases (one with pattern, and one without but with multiple painted colors or natural wood swatches), assorted railing and fences, and a modular shelving system that will go under. You can use both sides as standalone or against the wall, it will work however you place them. Along with it, multiple clutter to fill the shelves or the walls, among with new wallpaper and painted color walls. Everything to make a bright and cheerful staircase area !

This set includes 24 new items, maxismatch, lowpoly & basegame compatible.

Build: Two stairs (one with natural woods and sisal carpeted pattern and one with natural sial but 26 color swatches), a railing and an assorted fence.

Wall: Seamless wallpaper with assorted painted wall.

Furnitures: 5 modular shelves, stackable to build the perfect understair.

Lighting: Ceramic wall light

Decor: Muddy adult and kid boots, umbrellas in wicker basket, sisal baskets, books (left & right), assorted sisal pattern rug, wall frames, potteries decoration

Plants: A hanging plant, a small fern and a flower vase bouquet.

❗Note: due to the shaders being different, the shelves and the stairs/railing will not be the EXACT same color depending on the swatch/hour of the day. I tried my best to fit them the closest I could... 😌

Snowy Escape EP Wide Cuff Pants Edit (Base Game Compatible)

I made these pants from Snowy Escape longer! Lets get those ankles covered up for cold weather (it is April). Oh, and I slimmed the legs ever so slightly. Of course, lots of extra swatches from the Big Bud Press palette.

Hey everyone,

Something a little different today! I've created a mod to make the Slablet a bit more exciting! Subscribe to Simazon Unlimited and you'll find a big library of eBooks! I've created 60 eBooks, from Classics to current bestsellers, so there's something for every Sim. I created all the covers pretty much from scratch, and they're ALL in Simlish (even though you can't read most of them when it's just a small icon!) Great if you don't have room for a bookcase!

Bookworm and Speedreader Sims will gain more fun than others, and Loner Sims will gain the Social motive from reading. Your Sim will get a buff when they've finished reading their eBook. There are different subscriptions available, and a free trial too, with custom notifications. This mod also includes a full eLearning Library of Skill books. I may add some other categories if there's enough interest? Maybe childrens books, and separated genres. Let me know what you think! You can send me suggestions using the links here.
