SPOILERS FOR RDR2 MAIN STORY

i felt like maybe i should just give some detail about my rdr2 dr because i was bored.

when morgan met castelain in the spring of 85', he never thought he'd fall in love with her, he thought she was just another outlaw van der linde was helping. he was wrong, soo wrong.

people in camp would describe them as exasperating, but only because they could never seem to accept the fact they were inevitably in love. sean would always joke about their unspoken love, "ay when are you two gonna get it together and kiss?" and javier would sing childish love songs whenever they were sitting together at the campfire.

- it was annoying but deeply, they loved it.

dutch & hosea on their side would tease them subtly, especially arthur about when the ring would be pulled out. it didn't faze him much but he could feel his ears turn red each time. they were like annoying dads (because yes, vandermatthews is canon in my dr) but everything they said was actually helpful, either it was a tip to make a move or a wink after it.

and when they touched hands, it was like the world stopped for a few seconds

- knees touching, fingers brushing, but nothing that really gives it away

- flowers next to her bedroll ? arthur probably left them there when she was asleep

- if one is around, the other is probably somewhere close

- flirty manners, "cowboy" & "darlin" and yet, they don't like when someone mentions how great of a couple they would make

- hidden notes and forbidden drawings

- talking about the other when they're not there to other members of the camp, blushing at every word

- mary-beth writing romantic stories with them as the main characters swearing it was all her own imagination

a touch of color doesn't hurt anybody, even if it's only a bandana or a ribbon on your hat. a detailed vest brought with a simple shirt also makes the outfit more interesting !

being comfortable, hot AND stylish is easy, just find a good coat and gloves that could match your hat or boots.

accessories and jewelry !

boots, hats, chaps, bandanas, belt buckles, necklaces.. so many could be named. accessories bring the outfit together, even if it's just a simple cowboy hat.

our backstory ; when i joined the gang, arthur & me got really close easily and would always spend time together, doing bounties and jobs dutch would ask us to do. we clearly liked each other (and everyone else on camp knew that too) but decided not to make any moves about it. when i left the gang in 1896, we told each other we would meet again, which happened in 1899.

the FIRST TRUTH!!!!! you don’t need a method. forget the ladder, the cracking raven, the star charts. sure, they’re cute, but they’re like training wheels. the real power is in knowing. knowing you’ve already got it. you just do it. you’re not asking reality to let you in; you’re telling it where you want to go. AND THEN YOU GO !!!!! SO GO !!!!!

the SECOND TRUTH!!!!! your mind is your arrakis. it is vast, it is hot, it is buzzing with potential. you can plant anything there, and it’ll grow!!!! timelines, dreams, full-on universes. all you need to do is stop overthinking it. shifting isn’t about fighting to make it happen. it’s about leaning back, relaxing, and letting it take you.

my name is elysabeth ʸᵒᵘ ᶜᵃⁿ ᶜᵃˡˡ ᵐᵉ ᵉˡʸ ᵒʳ ˡʸᶻ and ive been into shifting since 2020-21 ish. i started my journey on shiftok and wanted to be more into the shifting side of tumblr so i came here !!

i didnt shift yet but ive been close sososo many times and i did hear sounds from my drs many times, which after all does count as shifting.

i made an acc on tumblr to get more actual and checked information about shifting because ive always been so misinformed on tik tok which i HATE. as a baby shifter coming into the fandom on tik tok, AND IN 2020, this wasn't great at all. ive already made progress into my journey only by trusting shiftblr, and myself, more !
