The Ultimate Grocery Guide for Hot Girls Who Can’t Cook But Want Abs
by Soleau Club / www.soleauclub.com

Not all of us were born with the "chef gene." Some of us just want to be hot, snatched, and nourished without spending hours in the kitchen or googling “how to boil quinoa.” This is your grocery guide if you're the kind of girl who wants to eat clean, look lean, and still keep things low-effort, high-reward.
This isn’t about starving yourself or living on cucumbers and air — it’s about picking smart, body-loving ingredients that do the work for you. Abs are made in the kitchen, babe, but that doesn’t mean you need to become a domestic goddess. You just need the right staples.
Protein That Doesn’t Intimidate You
Let’s start with what keeps you full, toned, and sexy. Protein is queen. If you want definition (or just to not be hangry 24/7), it’s gotta be on your plate.
Pre-cooked grilled chicken strips (air fryer = your bestie)
Hard boiled eggs (already peeled, because we’re not cavemen)
Organic turkey slices or chicken breast deli meat
Canned tuna or salmon in olive oil
Plant-based protein shakes (stock up for on-the-go days)
Greek yogurt (unsweetened or vanilla for that glow-up gut health)
Carbs That Won’t Puff You Up
Carbs are not the enemy — the wrong carbs are. You need fuel for your workouts, your brain, and your social battery. Let’s make them cute, clean, and bloat-free.
Rice cakes (top with almond butter or avo, trust me)
Pre-cooked brown rice or quinoa packets (90 seconds, no excuses)
Sweet potatoes (microwaveable is fine, we’re not judging)
Chickpea or lentil pasta (extra protein, less crash)
Sourdough bread (easy on the gut, still chic)
Healthy Fats = The Glow Formula
Your hormones, skin, and curves need healthy fats. This is how you stay snatched and soft.
Avocados (pro tip: get them semi-ripe and rotate them like a fruit baby nursery)
Olive oil (extra virgin only — we’re classy)
Nut butters (look for ones with one ingredient)
Chia seeds (toss into anything and call it wellness)
Smoked salmon (luxury omega-3s on toast or rice cakes)
Veggies You Don’t Have to Chop
The realest tip: if you don’t like cooking, don’t buy anything you have to prep like a Food Network contestant. You’ll just watch it rot and feel guilty.
Pre-washed arugula, spinach, and kale
Shredded cabbage or slaw mix (crunchy, pretty, fiber-rich)
Baby carrots, sugar snap peas, cucumbers
Steamer bags of broccoli, cauliflower, or green beans (no dishes = yes please)
Roasted seaweed snacks (when you want salty, crunchy, and zero effort)
Fruit That Works Hard for You
Bloating? Low energy? Skin dull? Fruit is your friend — if you keep it simple and grab-and-go.
Berries (low sugar, high antioxidants, model behavior)
Bananas (the pre-workout queen)
Pineapple (enzymes for digestion, skin clarity)
Dates (with almond butter = hot girl candy)
Frozen mango or acai packs (for smoothies that look like you tried)
Drinks That Don’t Sabotage Your Vibe
Coffee’s cute, but hydration is hotter. And no, soda does not count.
Coconut water (post-Pilates hydration magic)
Herbal teas (detox, de-bloat, de-stress)
Sparkling water (bonus points if it’s in a glass bottle)
Greens powder (for when your only “veggie” was a mojito)
Protein coffee or matcha (energy + muscle maintenance in one sip)
Hot Girl Pantry Staples
Stuff you always wanna have on hand so you can “cook” something with zero stress.
Bone broth (gut health, collagen, cozy girl vibes)
Almond flour crackers (when you want a snack that still respects your abs)
Protein bars (check ingredients — we’re not eating candy bars in disguise)
Low-sugar marinara or pesto (dress up any protein or veggie)
Coconut aminos or tamari (adds flavor without bloat or soy overload)
The Vibe Hack
If you want to actually eat clean, the trick is making your groceries match your dream life. You’re not just buying spinach — you’re buying the main character energy that comes with waking up bloat-free, glowing, and mentally clear. You’re not just grabbing tuna packets — you’re becoming the girl who always looks good in a bikini and doesn’t cancel plans because of a food coma.
So shop like your highest self. Make it aesthetic. Organize your fridge. Stock your freezer. Light a candle while you eat your air-fried salmon and salad-in-a-bag. That’s the vibe.

my tips for ⭐️ving and @na
- green tea, black coffee, apple cider vinegar drinks (!!!!!!!) and zero sugar sodas are your friend. they can act as a substitution for food cravings
- watching my 600 pound life
- listening to chewing sounds realllyyyy grosses me out and makes me lose my appetite.
- if I want to try something tasty: chewing it up & spitting it out.
- drinking lotsssssssss of water
- water flavorings help if you’re like me and you don’t like the taste of plain water sometimes.
- walking instead of eating
- buying healthy food that is boring and has little taste, ex. almonds, pre-cooked beets, boiled eggs, (though to be fair I do really like boiled eggs lol) kale, etc. even if you do give in to a binge, it’s likely you won’t be very motivated to eat much, and even if you do, it will all be healthy.
- i cut out meat for several years which helped with keeping my weight low, but I was also deficient of a lot of vitamins so this wouldn’t be my go-to for trying to lose weight.
- keep food in a locked compartment if possible. if you give in to cravings, the process of unlocking the compartment will give you more time to decide otherwise.
and here’s some things I remind myself for motivation:
- you’ll have no/low periods
- you’ll be able to spend your time doing stuff other than eating
- taking nice walks and appreciating nature if possible
- being so skinny everything looks good on you
- pushing your limits, seeing how far you can make your body work for you. it’s exciting, and gives me a lot of energy and motivation, knowing that if I can harness my own body and instill discipline in myself, there’s many other things I could be capable of.
- drinking water is healthy for you
- eating healthy food
- saving money on food for other things you enjoy
- bones are beautiful
- exercise is good for your brain, improves cognitive function
- the feeling of cleanliness that comes from being completely empty, and having no bowel movements for days on end. you save money on toilet paper 😉
- being able to train your body to be able to go for long periods of time without food, which is helpful if you have a job or go to school
- sharing food with others so you don’t eat it yourself is a nice thing to do, a generous gesture.
- sleeping instead of eating ensures that you’ll always get a good, healthy amount of sleep
xx

⋆˙⟡ thinspo imagines ⋆. 𐙚 ˚
imagine being forced to sit in the middle seat because you’re the smallest.
imagine being picked up, no effort.
imagine someone grabbing your arm and being able to wrap their whole hand around it.
imagine someone grabbing your rib and commenting how visible they are.
prominant collarbones.
imagine being the center of attention, because you finally lost the weight.
imagine being called light by everyone who picks you up.
imagine being able to curl into a ball and not feel your stomach pressed up against your thighs.
skinny. doll-like. tiny stomach.
imagine not being able to finish a salad.
imagine being the last to finish eating because of how much self control you have.
imagine the treatment you’d get. pretty privilege. everything.
this could all be you if you locked in.
