this was originally under a read more but it’s happening so here we go:

i’ve said this before and i didn’t go through with it but i’m going to say it again. i think i’m going to be retiring phillip as a muse. he’s been a muse of mine on and off since 2013 - and i have loved having him as a muse because writing on this blog helped me get through high school by giving something to look forward to after school. 

it’s been fun interacting with so many people- i’ve been following some of you since i started this blog [ and i will definitely continue following / admiring you guys from my other blogs ]. at one time before my remade the blog, i had 500 [!!!] followers, a number that i thought a roleplay blog of mine would never reach.

it has been a great 4 years but it’s time for me say goodbye to prince phillip.

     Tre gripped his hand firmly as his dad had taught him so long ago. His eyes narrow. “Why? You don’t believe that I’m not?” He asks. “A little judgmental don’t you think?” The boy looked at the older man. “I will have you know that sure my brother and I were raised around our father but we were never allowed to live with them. We were raised full time by our moms and aunt. You might have heard of them, Claudette, Laurette and Paulette.” He tells him. “Innocent women sent to the isle for the crime of simply loving Gaston” Tre said his father’s name with a ton of disgust. 

        “My father hurt them all, I have no respect for the man.” 

At the firm handshake, Phillip’s eyes brows shoot up. “Very judgmental and I have no problem admitting that. Not after the things I dealt with when I was younger.“ A deep sigh falls from his mouth at the boys words. “Pick your fight on who went to the Isle with Adam, he had the final call on that and I can’t say that the triplets were on my suggestion card.” The part about the suggestion card was a joke but 20 years ago there had been a conversation between him and King Adam on his desire to see Maleficent forced into the Isle.  Phillip was relieved that the boy hadn’t been raised by Gaston, not wanting either of his girls to be treated the way that man treated woman.

I’m concerned when people seem to be incapable of conceiving that a character can have a good heart while occasionally being a jerk, selfish, hypocritical, unfair, unreasonable, hurtful, etc etc because last I checked, that’s what real people were like
