It’s wild to me to see transvestigator conspiracy theories online that could be so easily explained by natural human variation. That woman has a deep voice? Yeah, sometimes they do. A woman has broad shoulders?? Maybe she plays rugby or hits the gym a fuckton. There’s a “bulge” in her tight pants?? Maybe her vulva is just fat. All the “markers” of trans woman that transvestigators use to harass any woman aren’t even things unique to trans women.

I think that in order to manage his stress and anxiety, rather than drinking, kevin takes up baking. As ironic as it may be he wants to do it right so be follows each recipe, sugar and all, and of course andrew eats them bc he loves sweets. Neil hardly touches them except for an oatmeal cookie or two except for when kevin goes out and tries lemon bars. Neil eats them all and gets a stomach ache, but cant resist them bc kevin always adds a bit of extra tartness just so neil would enjoy them and his eyes light up when neil reaches for his third in one day

This is more than Spock and Kirk, "going cannon."

It is two characters who were irrevocably influential to science fiction, to fandom, to media at large, getting a beautiful and poetic ending.

This is layered in Star Trek canon, but more than that it is Kirk and Spock reuniting.

Against all the odds in the universe, ours and theirs.

Kirk was dead. Spock was dead in ANOTHER DIMENSION. They died alone and without each other. This was their unbelievably tragic and cannon ending UNTIL TODAY.

Now their ending is this.

Reunification, connection, crossing time, space, and reality itself to be together again. Because that is how important they are to one another. Because that is how important they are to Star Trek itself. Because that is how important James Tiberius Kirk and S'chn T'gai Spock are to media at large, Star Trek fans and beyond.

This is monumental to a degree that I truly do not know if people can understand and I will NEVER get over it.
