The coldness given off from the other doesn't really surprise Yukari. In fact, she was expecting it. She doesn't mind, and finds herself willing to adhere to the ground rules. Anything to make this year go by smoothly. God knows the archer doesn't need more drama in her life. A soft smile crosses her lips, stepping towards her side of the room with a nod.

"That's fine. I'm a...a bit of a neat freak, I hope you don't mind." Better to warn her know then have it some out as a nasty surprise.

“Likewise.” Chidori sighed. She hoped that didn’t seem too pretentious, but masking discomfort is quite hard. Yukari wasn’t one of those girls from middle school, Chidori tried to assure herself. She may look it, but she wasn’t.

But try as she might to convince herself that, Chidori can’t help but to feel angry at Yukari’s appearance. Chidori felt a tinge of disgust at the pink color of Yukari’s sweater. It was exactly the same shade as the girls in middle school wore. Oh dear, this might be a difficult year. But Chidori will not initiate anything unnecessary.

“I’ve taken the liberty of unpacking earlier and I’m quite settled. I hope we do get along but please try to stay away from my side of the room.”

Yukari's all to excited to see her friend, eyes wide with excitement and grinning happily like she just won the lottery. The question makes her pause, lips forming a small 'o' in thought. Actually, she wasn't sure. She'd heard a bunch of people where transferring, and she was afraid she'd be left all by herself in this school.

Apparently not.

"I actually have no idea...but you know, I think I can live without Stupei and your antic's." She teases, poking the girls nose with a sly grin. She barely means that, finding herself aching above all to have the whole group here so she can hear Junpei's friendly cat calls of 'Yuka-taaaan~!' once more.

"Soo, met any new boy's lately?"

“H-huh—?”

The Fool jumps slightly in surprise at the sudden embrace, turning her body slightly to see its giver. However, it only took a fraction of a second to realize who it was—and quite frankly, the all-too familiar smell of her best friend’s perfume gave it away before she turned. “Yuka!”

There was no mistaking it. The archer was there with her, and judging by the schedule she held, Yukari was there to stay. “I can’t believe you’re here too,” She nuzzles the brunette’s shoulder affectionately. “Is there anyone else from Gekkoukan?”

She winces slightly at the expressionless face the other is giving her, more because it's worrisome rather than strange. Had she done something to offend the other or...did she say something without knowing? She doubts it. Maybe she just isn't enthusiastic about making friends or just getting along with roommates. Whatever it is, Yukari puts on a strained smile, showing the other she hopefully, means no harm.

"Nice to meet you, Chidori. Y-yeah i am, I'm Yukari Takeba."

Before the knocks on the door, she had almost forgotten that she was sharing a room this year. Chidori had been used to living on her own and, at the very least, a lot of personal space. She honestly didn’t know how to react when she was told to live in a double and, for that matter, at the girl standing before room A-2.

The girl seemed pretty, though not of the beauty Chidori considers worthwhile. Her clothes were stylish and she absolutely seemed like the popular type. Looking at her, Chidori was reminded of her junior high experience. I am primed to hate girls like her, she involuntarily recalled while making sure her outward appearance remained expressionless.

Before she would speak, a more reasonable thought popped into her mind: rent is cheaper in doubles. And so she repeated the phrase, over and over like a mantra in her head. Rent is cheaper in doubles, rent is cheaper in doubles… and suddenly living with her might not seem so unbearable.

“I am Chidori Yoshino. Are you my new roommate?”

"Yeah, sorry about this but uh...do you know where the girls dorms are? This place is waaay too big." She grins slightly, apologetic but grateful to get some form of help. She really didn't feel like navigating the school all by herself.

Souji abruptly stopped walking after he had noticed the girl approach him, she definitely looked lost.

“Hm? Where do you need to go?” Souji questioned the girl, he happened to have a pamphlet on hand with him. Even though the two just met, he wanted to help the girl out to the highest extent.

No way. Nooo freaking way. Minako? Here? What where the odds of the two attending the /same/ high school? Fairly low, now that she thinks about it, but she brushes off the weird sense and rushes forward, enveloping the other in a tight embrace.

"Minako!"

Tentatively, the brunette knocks on her to-be dorm room, eyes casting around in curiosity. Supposedly, she would be rooming with a girl named...Chidori? Nice enough name. She just hoped they'd get along rather than fight a lot. She had that in her previous school...and that wasn't a bunch of fun.

"Hello...?"

Said copper haired girl blinks in surprise, but a bright smile works it's way onto her lips when greeted so happily. Bowing slightly, she straightens and flashes another blinding grin.

"Thank you. Yeah, I am. I'm Yukari Takbe. It's a pleasure to meet you, Mr.Narumi."

Narumi waves down the young lady, who looks a bit bewildered, and approaches with a chipper smile on his face. Bowing once he’s within talking-space, the man introduces himself. 

“Hi there! You must be a new student,” he starts, looking to the young lady with a nod, “I’m Mister Narumi, a counselor here, so I make it a point to be familiar with the student body. Especially new ones!” His tone is just as chipper as his smile and, once his brief hello is finished, he looks expectantly at the copper haired gal for her name.

"...No thank you." Cue that cold, almost bitter look she tends to give off when annoyed. She really doesn't mean to; she appears to have gotten it from her mother. Or something along those lines.

“So how about a date with me? I could take you to a café with cakes almost as sweet as you.”

Oh good. A flirt. juuust what she needed. She pouts at him, quirking a brow as he introduces himself.

"...I'm Yukari. Yukari Takeba."

"It's a pleasure to meet you..."

Of course, instead of finding her way to whatever the heck room she was meant to be in, she is lost. This is what, the millionth time she'd gotten lost today? She really needs a map, or something akin to one. Freaking campus. Stupid school being so large and dumb. Ugh. Groaning in frustration, the femme fetal known as Yukari Takeba takes a heavy seat on one of the many campus benches, eyebrows knit together in annoyance. Her lips press together, forming a thin line as she tries to reassess her choices of the day.

"...This school is so dumb. I can't be lost- I went the right way!" And as she grumbles to herself, she notices a silver haired boy, clad in the same uniform- actually it's different considering he's male and she is, well, female- and jogs to stand next to him, brightly smiling.

"Hi, can you help me? I'm sort of...lost."
