Hey y'all! This is my first official blog post! I am so excited to be documenting my journey into the RAW vegan lifestyle. Before I do that, I am going to backtrack and share my story. My story starts right here in Fayetteville,Arkansas where I am healing from the inside out from lupus and rheumatoid arthritis with pure plant power. I was diagnosed in 2014 and it has taken two ROUGH years to get to the point where I am now, 95% RAW! My hope is to share what I have learned along the way so that you will not feel alone as I once did. I am here as a resource and can not wait to share my journey, From Rough to RAW.
