for anyone curious, i use yuzu emulator paired with flexlion to take the out of bounds pictures i post on here!

if theres anything in particular youd like to see closer, or from a different angle, feel free to send a request! furthermore, if you have any issues with yuzu or flexlion yourself, id be happy to help out there as well!

so unless im missing something, i dont think there are any of those planters around octo valley so much as they are underneath the levels. could you maybe be mistaking them for the planter-looking apartments in octo expansion? either way, heres some pics of both :3

with the appointment finished, yuzu finds herself being led to one of the springs' gardens, where murasaki said her 'present' was. she has no idea what to expect - especially from someone who doesn't know much about her yet. something that requires the help of someone else, apparently.

the inkling stands up to meet them, but all yuzu can look at is the creature behind them.

"you like him? his name's sandwich," the inkling smiles in amusement. "and i'm kona, from the rescue shelter. your uncle says you're gonna help take care of this little guy from now on, is that right?" that finally gets yuzu to snap her head upwards.

"ah, i... i guess so," she says sheepishly.

"you can go and meet him, it's okay," kona encourages, stepping aside to give them some space.

"he still needs to finish his obedience training since he's just a pup," kona continues. "your uncle says he can handle it, but i'd recommend tagging along so you'll know how to train him, too. if you ever need help with anything, you can also give me a call anytime." yuzu looks back at the two of them while letting sandwich sniff her hand.

"thank you, both of you," she says with a rare smile. kona gives her an assuring nod, though murasaki only looks away.
